The luxurious apartment has about 79 square meters and has on the lower floor a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a spacious dining area overlooking the sea and the countryside, designed as a conservatory. Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the studio on the top floor there is a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea by the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dunes. Fi, a TV and radio / docking station to see available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement.

Gate to the sea is a new construction project with 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.

Stilvoll mitten in der Natur

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet im Stil des 21. Jahrhunderts. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor Ort sehr nett und unkompliziert, per mail bzw. über Fewo direkt war Kommunikation jedoch erfolglos. Die bei Fewo direkt angegebene Telefonnummer stimmt nicht, per google habe ich die richtige gefunden (Helgoland deluxe).
