Five minutes from Birds Hill town site! This unique 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home 5 minutes north of Winnipeg in East St Paul is nestled on 3.3 acres. The main massive open concept area features many windows, a gorgeous custom electric fireplace with 75 inch smart TV. 2 kings, 1 queen and a futon provides adequate sleeping for families and groups up to 8. The kitchen is stocked with all of your essentials and small appliances. Our master bedroom has been tastefully finished with a double exit to the deck and fenced main yard and fire pit.

We have a security system with three cameras (the doorbell camera has audio recording too).
NO PARTIES. $1000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund if parties are noted or noise complaints made.
NO SMOKING, VAPING OR OPEN FLAMES INDOORS. $1000 fine for this.
NO UNAUTHORIZED PETS. $1000 fine if pets arrive without prior removal AND immediate eviction.

If you intend to sleep more than six guests, please let us know so we can prepare the futon and/or couches with bedding.

The living room ceiling fan is turned on and off by the middle switch beside the fire extinguisher. There is a white remote to adjust speed. We prefer to keep it running clockwise for air distribution without much wind, but it is up to you how you use it!

The other three ceiling fans found in the bedrooms may be used that your comfort as well. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom is only controlled by way of the drawstrings.

This home has three bedroom. There is a giant master bedroom that opens to the patio, has a king bed and a futon - sleeping itself up to four people.

A king bedroom sleeps two, a queen bedroom sleeps two, and in the living room we can accomodate up to another 2 on the couches.

There are two bathrooms - the larger has a shower and a tub/shower. The smaller has a tub/shower.

We have a fireplace, fire pit, bbq, and three acres of backland to explore.

The property is fenced for safety and dogs.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience.

Absolutely NO stays longer than 28 nights.
