Upon arriving at the property, you’ll be greeted by a warm brick façade and a driveway that can comfortably accommodate 4+ vehicles. Entry is easy and secure through the front door using a unique key code, which will be provided prior to your arrival.

LIVING ROOM

Immediately to the right as you enter the home, you’ll step into the open-concept living area. This inviting space features a large, comfy sectional along with two relaxing armchairs, creating plenty of seating for everyone to gather comfortably.

A large window fills the room with natural light and offers peaceful views of the deck, pond, and surrounding outdoors. A large smart TV is mounted above the gas fireplace, making this the perfect spot for movie nights or cozy evenings in. Guests can log in to their own streaming services.

KITCHEN & DINING

The living room opens directly into the open kitchen, centered around a spacious bar-top counter that encourages gathering and conversation while meals are prepared. The open layout keeps everyone connected, whether cooking, dining, or relaxing nearby.

The second bedroom, located to the right of the kitchen, features a king-size bed, twin nightstands with reading lights, and a comfortable red sofa.

The second and third queen bedrooms are located down the same hallway as the master bedroom. A shared bathroom sits between these bedrooms and includes a shower/tub combination and a well-sized vanity.

The kid-friendly bedroom, located on the lower level, includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. This room also serves as convenient storage for the river float tubes, kayak paddles, and life vests.

The lower-level bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, a large vanity, and a washer and dryer for guest use.

A propane grill is provided for outdoor cooking. Just downhill from the deck is a wood-burning firepit (please bring your own firewood), surrounded by eight Adirondack chairs at the edge of the pond — perfect for evening gatherings.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary kayak and river float tubes on the pond, making the outdoor space a highlight of the property.

The yard provides ample room for the whole group to mingle comfortably, with pets welcome while leashed. The catch-and-release pond is home to largemouth bass, bluegill, pike, and catfish.

Pet-Friendly Stay

We’re happy to welcome pets! A $100 pet fee covers one pet. If you’re bringing more than one, there is a $100 additional fee per extra pet, due after booking. This helps cover extra cleaning and preparation by our team.
