Dangled over the edge of a dramatic ravine with postcard views, Precarious exudes industrial elegance and epitomises the very best in luxury accommodation from the Winner of Australia’s No.1 Unique Accommodation. The striking views and otherworldly serenity can’t help but stir your soul. Find your calm in the stunning 20 Million year old petrified stone bath brought to life by the rivers and volcanos of Indonesia, on a private platform overhanging the verge of the ravine in an incredibly picturesque setting.

The thrill of staying somewhere truly unique is hard to beat. There’s something about this type of travel that gets under your skin and makes you long for more. More salvaged timber, more suspended fireplaces, more incredible architecture, more stunning views…more of everything! We’re immensely proud of this rare hideaway that cries out for whisky or gin in front of the gorgeous wood fireplace on a winter’s night. We’ve crafted a stunning escape genuinely unlike anything you’ve ever seen before.

The only accommodation of its kind. From the world’s only camphor laurel bath with fibre optic lighting in the walls, to the exotic industrial pipe lighting, private cliffside deck, indoor and outdoor baths, moody design vibe and hellishly sexy private wellness precinct.
