Everything was great, the rooms, the pools and the breakfast. The only downside was the distance from the beach.

Great hotel .

Hotel itself is excellent. Modern , clean & well looked after . The area is a little amongst the gritty end . We booked a harbour view room.but feel it was misleading as view was only 20% of the working port , 80% of surrounding neighbourhood and buildingimgs . So maybe don't pay for a view , IMO. The staff were lovely and helpful.

The best features was the quality of the food—which was decent/good—and the roof pool (although too small). The staff and service was poor. Water during dinner was not included in our half-board plan. The hotel was quite reluctant to put some (of our paid) breakfast in a box for us to take to the airport (they gave us something, but not enough for one person). The general impression was just a typical characterless three-star hotel (officially five).
