The website says they have parking. BUT this is limited and we were told we’d have to drive to this offsite parking lot and walk back (about 10 minutes). Not a good option for walking to get your car in the dark at 6 am in unknown area, driving back to the hotel to then load up your luggage.

This was a great location to visit Old Town Heraklion. Near the Venetian Fortress and the pedestrian avenues. Provides bottled and filtered water, endless. Provides free parking. Very clean. Elevator. Great deal.

Staff was very helpful. Good facility right by the ocean. Clean and quiet. Good location to local food and shopping. Call before arrival to coordinate parking if renting a car. Drop off bags at entry on side street then park at port 1 area and 7 minute walk to hotel.

Kronos is an excellent location for connecting to a ferry or walking into the old town center. Our room had a balcony with a very nice sea view. Unfortunately the road below is pretty noisy. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Basic amenities and the bedspread was a little old/stained but all seemed clean. We would recommend it for a short stopover.

Nice breakfast, A lift. Very clean rooms. Mr Kostas was very nice and helpful,also arranged transport for us as we were 3 and had alot of luggage and needed to be at the ferry port early in the morning.too far to walk with alot of luggage .The hotel is in a great location, short walk to restaurants,main mall, bars,tourist attractions,hop on hop off a couple of hundred meters away.All in all ,we enjoyed our stay in the KRONOS hotel.

Good hotel for Heraklion. Great service and the rooms are just what you need, nothing fancy. Our room smelled a bit odd, but so does the entire city. For how ratty Heraklion, this place was a diamond in the rough. Excellent staff makes it a worthwhile stay

This hotel located very close to city center and churches. The room was very good. We stayed in this hotel twice during our trip to Crete - when we arrived and then the night before we left. We would definitely use it again when we come to Heraklion.

The shower was almost cold. The breakfast was great, the staff, particularly sylvia were friendly and helpful. Sylvia gave us excellent advice as to what was possible to do and the actual driving time it would take to get places. She was also very kind in helping us learn Greek, she's an excellent teacher. We had a wonderful time and want to come back
