Beautiful house by the sea

Our beach house is definitely one of the most beautiful in Herceg Novi, and in all of Montenegro. It has an amazing sea and mountain view, very large balcony, beach right in front of the house and anything you might need inside the house. It is located in a peaceful and calm neighbourhood, but it is only 15 minutes away by walk from Herceg Novi Old Town.

A beautiful luxurious home with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, large living room and very big balcony with a great view of sea, beach right in front of the house, and stunning mountains view. There is a double bed in both bedrooms and a retractable sofa bed in the living room. TV with satellite channels, DVD, stereo system and iPhone Bose dock are included, and parking is also available. The balcony is big and perfect for romantic dinners and BBQ gatherings. The area of Savina is considered to be the most prestigious, full of nature, quiet and perfect for resting, with the medieval Savina Monastery just 3 minutes by walk from our property.

Our guests have a beach in front of the house, large balcony, barbecue, bar, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, stereo system, two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, clean and nice space with positive energy.

The house is perfect for 4 people. There are two very nice bedrooms, but 5 people can be accommodated if one sleeps on a retractable sofa bed, which is very comfortable. Usually people spend most of their time on the balcony as it is so appealing and spacious so you can have you meals there, suntan while no one sees you etc. The inside of the house is just as comfortable and relaxing.

Our apartment is in a large villa with 2 other separate apartments on 1st and 2nd floor, while ours is on the top. The neighborhood is peaceful with villas similar to ours. It has a nice beach in front, a lot of nature around. At night you will not hear anything but the sound of waves and bells from the nearby Savina Monastery.

There are public buses, going to the city center and other places in Montenegro. There is a bus stop on the road very close to our home. If you wish, we can assist in arranging a car rental, or airport transfer (be it from Tivat, Dubrovnik or Podgorica). From Tivat we can even arrange a water taxi which will take you right to the doorstep of our apartment by speed boat in less than 20 minutes.

Danko ist besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene KĂŒche. Seine Ferienwohnung ist eher wir ein schönes Ferienhaus.Wir wĂŒrden sofort einziehen. Danko war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. (Das Finden der Ferienwohnung und der Parkplatz waren allerdings schwierig... Aber das war es wert.)

Beautiful apartment with great view over the Adriatic and local landscape. Our host (Danko) was very helpful and responsive.Great place to relax and listen to the sound of the waves and the monastery bells.We went in October and there was very little open but that suited us fine as we wanted a peaceful week.It's a 25 minutes walk to Herceg-Novi where there are more bars/restaurants open.

Tolle Wohnung mit einer sensationellen Dachterrasse. Der Check-in-Vorgang verlief problemlos und Danko war immer schnell erreichbar. Die Lage direkt am Meer und etwas abseits des grĂ¶ĂŸten Trubels ist einfach perfekt. Die Altstadt erreicht man zu Fuß dennoch in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten.

Es ist einfach perfekt gewesen! Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgerichtet. Wie Zuhause, oder sogar mehr. Zum Beispiel Cocktail-Shaker.Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet von Sonnenaufgang bis zum Sonnenuntergang sonnige so wie schattige Ecken. Bis zum Strand sind nur "30 Stufen ". Die Liegen am Strand sind etwas teur, 12 fĂŒr einen Tag, muss man aber nicht mieten. Die Terrasse am Haus ist perfekt fĂŒr sonnen geeignet.Es ist sehr ruhig da. Kein Movengesang, keine hali-gali am Abend.

Es war schön, aber sehr heiß. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit ein paar kleinen Reparatur wĂ€re noch besser. Leider keine deutsche Sender ins TV. (nur Arte und pro7) ParkplĂ€tze sind sehr knapp. Sonst alles prima!

Beautiful Balcony Sea Views

The patio is incredible! Kitchen is well equipped. Home is gated and comfortable, with just a quick walk down to the water. Many restaurants a 8-15 minute walk away. Only thing that could have made the stay a bit nicer would have been some higher quality linens and the shower doors have a small gap that may need fixed.

Beautiful week

We spent a little extra to get a place right on the water - and it was totally worth it. With the mild weather we could leave the patio doors open and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves even when we weren't on the patio - which we mostly were. If you vacation like us, not 100% on-the-go running around, you'll be glad to have Danko and Dasha's place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day.

Traumlage und großartiger Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist groß und umfĂ€nglich ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit Grill und einem großartigen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war höchst unkompliziert. Das Parken in der sehr ruhigen Anliegerstraße ist eine kleine Herausforderung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist aber einfach super. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Meer und Strand direkt vor der TĂŒr und auch das wunderschöne Kloster Savina ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Great find and wonderful holiday

We have just returned from our stay at this apartment and had a really wonderful time. The apartment is well located and exactly as described. It met all our needs and it was great to be able to bbq on the balcony and enjoy the great view. Will definitely use again . All contact with Danko was quickly answered and he was very helpful.
