Staff was friendly. The room was clean, however, one day after it was cleaned, a teeth aligner was left on the dresser. I bought it to the front desk. One night, I think it was Friday, we had very loud music being played that we could hear until around midnight, making it difficult to sleep. It seemed to be outdoors possibly across the highway.

For our stay, the room was clean. The breakfast options were good. The only concern I had was the pool water did not seem to look clean, as in not enough chlorine was used.

Worst holiday in express ever.

For the price it was not as good as a motel-6 TV did not work… they came and fixed it 3 hours later it was not working. Not enough bath towels for 2 people. Shower was leaking all over the place. Handicap railing fell off if you just looked at it it would fall… Worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in…. Not worth 1/2 the price we were charged.

Everything was good, then only down side is you could not lower the temperature of the room under 66 degrees and room did not feel that cool and would get warm at not when it would turn off. Other then that everything was great.
