In a beautiful location and away from the Ahlbecker main streets, this spacious and inside extravagant Feirenvilla is in a pleasantly quiet living environment. The property is adjacent to a large pine forest. A small, illuminated in the evening way leads drekt to the nearby Baltic Sea beach. The beach promenade and the pier can be reached in a short time on foot. Only about 350 meters to the nearest supermarket, the bakery and other shops.

Holiday home Ahlbeck:
The house is located on a 1.000 m² plot in a quiet settlement in Kaiserbad Ahlbeck and was completed in 2006. The 170 m² 5-room house offers space for 8 people, is fully and comfortably furnished and has four bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds. Of course, garden furniture is sufficiently available.

Haus ist im schlechten Zustand (innen, außen und Ausstattung). Einen Punkt in der Gesamtbewertung erreicht die Unterkunft nur wegen der Insel Usedom. Eine detaillierte Mängelliste liegt vor. Wir können leider keine positive Empfehlung aussprechen.

Haus sehr schön, nicht für 8 Rentner geeignet, Stiege in das 2. OG eine Zumutung, Couch und Sitzecke voller Flecken- unbenutzbar, Geschirr und Gläser müssten mal aufgefüllt werden, 4 Weingläser für 8 Gäste? Ansonsten gut gelegen, gute Anbindung zum Bus und Einkaufen

Gut geeignet für eine große Familie
Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges, in den Gemeinschaftsräumen geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Für große Familien ist es sehr gut geeignet. Die Bilder im Inserat sind aber nicht mehr aktuell. So ist das Geländer am Dach des Gartenhäuschen nicht mehr vorhanden und kann auch nicht mehr begangen werden. Für die Sauna fehlt leider eine Anleitung und die Dame vom Usedom 24 - Service konnte uns an einem Sonntag bezüglich der Bedienung auch nicht weiterhelfen. Das war schade. Ein Manko ist die Entfernung vom Zentrum. Man ist eine knappe halbe Stunde unterwegs, wenn man nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist.

Immer wieder im Winter
Mit großen Erwartungen sind wir, eine achtköpfige Familie, angereist. Es sollte ein besonderes Wochenende werden, da am Sonntag ein runder Geburtstag anstand und die Familie weit auseinander wohnt. Daher wurde im Vorfeld noch eine Verlängerungsnacht dazugebucht. Die erste positive Überraschung war die, dass das Haus uns warm empfing und nicht unangenehm roch. Die zweite waren die großzügigen Räumlichkeiten. Es war genügend Platz für alle vorhanden. Selbst Rückzugsmöglichkeiten konnten eingenommen werden. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch die komplette Ausstattung der Küche gewesen. Vieles hätte von zuhause gar nicht eingepackt werden müssen. Weiß man aber im Vorfeld nicht. Wir haben auch alle in den nicht !!!!! durchgelegenen Betten super geschlafen. Der Kamin und die Sauna wurden nicht genutzt. Obwohl beide ein Auswahlkriterium waren. Das Objekt wird ohne wenn und aber weiter empfohlen.

Perfektes Haus für Familien
Es wär ein super Haus mit Garten , man hat viel Privatsphäre. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nah sowie die Strandpromenade in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar . Es liegt sehr ruhig . Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin. Gut geeignet für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern 😊

entspannte Osterfeiertage 2019 in schöner Umgebung
Wir waren mit unseren Eltern, Geschwistern und Partnern über Ostern in diesem schönen großzügigen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, man fühlt sich in den Räumlichkeiten sofort wohl und hat auch genügend Platz sich gelegentlich aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die Frühlings Abendsonne konnte wir auf der Hochterrasse des Schuppendachs genießen. Den kurzen Weg zum Strand über den Hinterausgang durch den kleinen Wald haben wir täglich genutzt. Wir hätten alle noch gut und gern ein paar Tage Urlaub anhängen können. Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer und Vermieter,
