A spacious, non-smoking holiday home with a terrace and large garden awaits you in a quiet location, where you can spend up to 6 people all year round. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining area with open kitchen, bedroom for 2 people and the bathroom with modern walk-in shower and toilet. A spiral staircase in the DG leads to a living room and bedroom for 2 people, as well as another bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. From 2018 there will be another new modern bathroom in the DG with a spacious shower area and toilet. So the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the garden there is a grill, a beach chair and a sandpit for younger guests. We would be happy to provide you with a free parking space for your vehicle on the property.
Your bikes can be stored in a lockable storage room.

Usedom in der Vorsaison
Schönes Haus, funktional und dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet, großer Esstisch, ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien auch für größere Gruppen. Schöne, überdachte Terasse und gepflegter Garten. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder vorhanden inkl. Steckdosen für Ladekabel (eBike). Fahrrad zu empfehlen, Weg zur Strandpromenade ca. 800m, Bäcker und Fahrradverleih ca. 500m. Dieser Fahrradverleih mit sehr guten Leihrädern und fairen Preisen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus
Da wir das Objekt von einem früheren Aufenthalt kannten, haben wir uns gleich wieder wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten - Staubflusen in einem Schlafzimmer und unvollständiges Sektgläserset - haben uns den Spaß nicht genommen. Das Haus ist bis auf o.g,. Kleinigkeiten sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal geeignet für drei Paare. Wir planen bereits einen späteren Aufenthalt in diesem Jahr.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig und sauber.
Wir waren vom 18.11.- 25.11.23 in diesem Haus und haben die Zeit genossen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alle Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Die beiden Bäder sind einfach nur ein Traum. Zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr herzliche Empfang bei der Ankunft.

Familienurlaub mit Fahrradanreise an der Ostsee
In dem sehr gut geschnittenen (3 gleich große Schlafzimmer, 2 große Bäder) und top ausgestatteten Ferienhaus haben wir unseren Ostseeaufenthalt nach der Fahrradtour aus Berlin nach Heringsdorf sehr genossen.

Wohnen fast wie zu Hause
Das Haus war genau so, wie bei Fewo beschrieben. Sehr gute Betten! Alles was man benötigte, war vorhanden. Gesamtzustand des Hauses war sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, bis an die Promenade ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg.

Vorzeitige Fragen an den Vermieter wurden umfänglich und schnell beantwortet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang vor Ort, dass Haus wurde Ausführlich präsentiert, der Aussenbereich und Schuppen gezeigt. Auf Fragen wurde informativ geantwortet. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, Küche mit mehr als ausreichenden Geschirr bestückt. Großer Garten mit ausreichend Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten.

Das Ferienhaus Sonneneck ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles ist da, was man braucht! Der Garten ist auch herrlich! Wenn wir nochmal nach Usedom kommen dann wieder in das Ferienhaus Sonneneck! Danke!
