You live in a prime location, just a few meters from the promenade and the center of Ahlbeck is also within easy walking distance, less than 5 minutes away. And inside Look forward to a modern and very stylish apartment with a casual design. The house is equipped with every comfort.

Holiday home Kieferngrund:
They prefer a location close to the beach and have a fondness for unusual design Then we call you in the newly designed holiday home Welcome! Usedom different: very modern, trendy and funky! On 150 square meters and two floors offer 3 bedrooms with double beds (2x 1.60 m wide & 1x 1.80 m wide) enough space for 6 adults and 2 infants. The living room with fireplace and stylish dining opens to the fully equipped kitchen. The house is complemented by two bathrooms (1x bath & shower / 1x shower). Your spacious sun terrace with access to the small garden area and the sauna area in the basement will surely enjoy you extensively. On request, we provide for our younger guests a travel cot (without extra mattress & bedding) and a high chair (at an additional cost).

Das Ferienhaus hat uns super gefallen.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, alles war bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Vor allem gab es genügend Stauraum in den Zimmern.

Ganz ok
Man darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Grundsätzlich war das Haus in Ordnung. Ab 7 Uhr fährt Lieferverkehr am Haus vorbei. Das Haus ist von allen Seiten komplett einsehbar, da die Nachbarhäuser sehr dicht stehen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit guter Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr chic und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist in Strandnähe und nicht weit von der schönen Seebrücke entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Äusserlich eher unscheinbares Ferienhaus, von innen dagegen sehr originell und wohnlich eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten. Schnelles WLAN ohne umständliche Anmeldung, von allen Räumen erreichbar. Zur Promenade nur ein kleiner Fussweg. Ruhige Lage. Küche gut ausgestattet, nur ein Mixer fehlte. Parkmöglichkeit im Carport am Haus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
