Highlight on the Bansiner beach promenade - highest holiday comfort in a perfect top location In the best location of the famous seaside resort is the 2005 dune residence.  Two of the three buildings are directly parallel to the beach promenade - the third house is aligned to the mountain road and offers charming views of the idyllic Schloonsee. The small garden in the courtyard of the ensemble was equipped with a fountain made of granite blocks. Underground parking, bicycle storage facilities, a washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

DR C 14:
This beautiful, modernly furnished two-room apartment with sea views offers a fantastic view of the nearby Schloonsee with its lush vegetation and many different waterfowl.   On 50 sqm living space you will find a cozy living room with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.   The large, light-flooded living room is the heart of the apartment. Here you can discuss the daytime excursions with the breakfast, relax on the comfortable recliner chair with adjustable footrest, enjoy a glass of wine with friends or cook together your favorite food. In addition, two fellow travelers will find a cozy place to sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. To sunbathe or write the holiday greetings invites the adjacent balcony. The bedroom with its double bed also offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe.   Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the diagonally opposite partner hotel Admiral. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. The swimming pool at the Hotel Admiral is closed due to routine maintenance. The use of washing machine and dryer is in the house for a fee of € 4.00 possible.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 17:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
