Schöne Wohnung
Wenn es an den Fenstern und Balkontür noch einen Insektenschutz geben würde, dann könnte man ne glatte 1 geben. So leider nur ne 2+. Eine Überdachung an den Parkplätzen wäre auch nicht schlecht. Durch die Bäume ist das Auto nach einem Tag dreckig.
