Small but mighty - The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and the first floor of the garden house of Villa Sunshine. The apartment is with allergies, family-friendly Non smoking apartment.   The apartment is about 40 m² in size and consists of a cozy living-kitchen area, a bathroom and a living-bedroom and a terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your holiday gear. The sofa offers another comfortable sleeping space for two teenagers. A folding cot is available.   The apartment has with a complimentary telephone for the German fixed network. The open kitchen has an oven, microwave and refrigerator. Coin washer and dryer are located in Villa Sonnenschein. The bathroom all in marble is equipped with shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and more. Lots of greenery decorates the area surrounding the apartment. On the south-west facing terrace every sunbeam can be captured until sunset. The terrace is particularly protected and invites even on cooler days of sun to linger. On particularly hot days, a generous parasol donates a table and 3 garden chairs shade. Also is available a sunbed with cushion from the terrace chest for you. With swimsuit and towel over your shoulder you climb in barely 200 m to the morning bath in the sea.

August 2019, a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserb��der (KaiserbäderCard).

The garden house the stylish Villa Sunshine Located on cordial. The entrance to the garden shed and parking reach the holidaymakers on a radio-controlled barrier system. Tourists of apartment 21 can enjoy the fact that they can unload luggage and shopping from the comfort on their terrace. The use of washer and dryer are in the main house, the Villa sunshine, for a fee. there are less than 15 minutes to theater-tent "Chapeau Rouge". During the winter season, an artificial ice rink awaits you!
