Unit was clean and tidy, if a little aged. Shower recess, for example, would benefit from replacing the fixed shower with a modern, hand held shower unit. Staff were very helpful with all requests. TV was limited and could do with either access to Cable TV and/or easy access to streaming services like 7Plus/SBS On Demand etc. Tried to access these free services and the system was unable to connect.

The property was generally well equipped and the beds and pillows were comfortable. However we were surprised that some basic items were missing or in short supply. A single tea towel and one dishwashing tablet for a weeks stay were not consistent with the supply of such items at other placed wev e stayed and the complete absence of coat hangers was annoying.

Great value, size and location. Alexander Beachfront apartments were clean and well equiped, perfect for a little beachside getaway. Staff were also excellent, accommodating and friendly.

Stayed for a week. Walking trail and beach right across the street. Lots of room to spread out and everything was very clean. Our room had access to a private roof patio with nice views. The apartments are a short walking distance to the busier areas of Hervey Bay with lots of dining options.

The property claimed to have free wifi and a jug but neither were available. The amount of chemicals used to make the unit appear clean was overwhelming but the unit still wasn’t clean. Each time we returned everything had to be opened to try and make the chemical smells bearable. Extremely disappointed.

Great position, we were fortunate enough to have Unit 12 which faced the bay even though the traffic could be a noise problem during the day it was quiet at night.

Great location with easy access to beach, restaurants, shops. Apartment (2 Bedroom) was large and well appointed with lift access to all floors, and secure underground parking. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely use this complex again for future holidays
