They are not responsive. I literally booked the hotel for shuttle service, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, they refused to send the shuttle, even though I had been communicating with them prior to my arrival.

Nice hotel and free shuttle to the airport. But could not drink the tap water and the hotel did not provide any. Also there was a big hole kicked in the bathroom door.

Good hotel and good location to airport

Good place to stay. Need to book shuttle 48 hour ahead and catch it on the French side of airport. Paper cups were eco- friendly, but did not hold up well. Glass or ceramic proffered. Breakfast was good and very well organized.

Tried to book shuttle bus to collect us from the airport but got no response. Sent follow-up message. Still no response. Ended up getting a very expensive taxi. Hotel itself is decent and good value but public transport options are very limited.
