This property was wonderful! Clean, spacious, updated and a close walk to great shopping and restaurants. We were there for Tarleton Homecoming. We will be booking this place every time we visit our daughter at Tarleton!

The entire stay was great. Very clean house, comfortable beds and two bathrooms were great. We needed to extend our stay by one day, contacted our host and within 10 to 15 minutes they had us taken care of us. Wonderful service and accommodations. We will be staying again.

Great house!
Loved the house! Wish we could have stayed an extra day to enjoy hanging out in Hico and maybe barbecuing in the fantastic back yard.

This was our second stay at this property. Just like the first time, everything was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. I will check this house before I look at other places to stay next time I’m in the area.

Absolute gem in Hico! Beautiful home & close to everything.
This home is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in the door you feel immediately at home. Normally places are smaller in person than they look in the photos but that was not the case with this home. It was large with gorgeous furnishings. The backyard was our favorite space with lots of room to hang out with family, grill, play games, etc. The owner has thought of every detail and have included it all within the home. From paper plates to spices, toiletries and more…it has it all. We also enjoyed how close the home is to downtown Hico and walked for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house. Very convenient to the town and the wedding we attended at Bull Lion Ranch. One suggestion would be an iron and ironing board, otherwise the accommodations were over the top!!!

Great birthday weekend house!
This property is a great place to stay. The decor is well done and the house was clean and had everything needed. The outside area was great! Ladder ball, corn hole, a nice fire pit with lots of seating and a nice table with umbrellas. They even provided firewood. We’d definitely stay here again. We only had adults staying but there was also a nice play area if you had littles.
