For the price. Can’t beat it. Old and outdated, but hey, I like roadside motels that have character.

My room was clean and quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Parking was plentiful and close to my room. Unfortunately the Wi Fi was out the entire four days of my stay; at least, I couldn’t get the TV to work. I also wish they had hand towels to use by the sink. They only supply small bath towels and wash clothes. Overall this is an acceptable budget stay.

Disliked: Amenities
The walls were too thin. We could hear the person next to us talking and coughing all evening. It made for a restless sleep. Not recommended for families with kids. The room was clean, but amenities were minimal. A small coffee maker would have been great to have in the room. An okay place for the night.

The Colonial Inn has a reasonable rate, it's pet friendly for 25 dollars a, night non refundable, a 100 dollar deposit that takes up to 5 business days to refund, the TV programs weren't very good, and there was no TV channels listing in the room, when I ask about the wifi password I was given the wrong password, there is not even a small single serve coffee pot in the room but they do have coffee in the office, the shower was good with plenty of hot water, and the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and smelled good. All in all it wasn't a bad weekend stay, but some changes could be made to make it even better.

The WiFi was down, which sucked. We also had to ring the doorbell and wait several minutes outside to be checked in by the staff. The property itself is clean and quiet though, and given the price and location, overall I would recommend it
