It was super noisy. But, thankfully the staff quickly moved us to another room which was a bit better - and it was "Hikonyan" themed, which was kinda hilarious. 1. Their staff can communicate with fluent English. I am very surprise because this hotel locates at Hikone, a small countryside town. Excellent 2. Electronics equipment in the room are much modern than most of the hotels in big cities, e.g. Tokyo and Osaka. USB-A is avaliable, Digitial TV system is avaliable. 3. Japanese Breakfast is great. 4. The room size is a little bigger than other business hotel. 5. 2 minutes footwalk to Hikone JR Station. Less than 1 minute to Department Store.
