Easy Street features a warm, modern upscale décor with a farmhouse feel that sleeps 5 max. Recently renovated throughout 3/2024. Situated on the West edge of town with convenient access to WEC (just 2.8 miles away), hike and bike trails, fairgrounds, restaurants and more. You will also enjoy a welcoming front porch with outdoor seating. The attached garage has been transformed into "Easy Street Bar & Grill" with temperature control, a full motion 50" 4k smart TV with mini fridge, bar with dining seating. For us to maintain a consistency of high standards, we own, manage, and clean all our vacation rentals. We go above and beyond to provide you with additional amenities to ease the burden of traveling. We provide the following items for your stay; Toilet paper (4 rolls), paper towels (2 rolls), laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, creamer, sugar, sweet & low, linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, first aid kits, shampoo, and body soap. We stage the unit for your arrival with lights on. We own and manage the entire cul-de-sac, which includes 3 additional vacation rentals (The Tranquility, The Beach House, and the Equestrian), as well as 11 long term rentals with great tenants. Our location to the World Equestrian Center is 2.8 miles, with a quick 5 min drive for your convenience. We live 5 min from the property and are available if you should need anything during your stay. We take pride in our properties and hope that you enjoy your stay and will book with us again at one of 6 properties.

Great Stay
The Farmhouse is a great place to stay if heading to Wilmington. The property is amazingly clean and the attention to detail is second to none. It is super close to WEC and a quick drive into town. We have stayed there before and will stay there again!

Farmhouse Rocks …
Stones throw from WEC in one direction & town in the other. Stayed here for competing at WEC. Super clean, neat and up to date property, with great host. 2 nice size bedrooms, compact and nicely done kitchen, we cooked most nights, u have everything you need. Nice patio and garage saloon for a little extra “give each other some space”. Super cozy living space with perfect amenities and even a work station. We will look to grab anytime we are in town for a show.
