Cozy Hillsborough Stay 20 minutes to Duke and UNC Chapel Hill

Keep it simple at this centrally-located, peaceful getaway. This unit is just a short 10 minute walk to downtown Hillsborough. There you will find plenty of restaurants and shopping to experience during your stay!

This unit has 3 Tvs, one in the living room and both bedrooms. The living room and eating area has plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked for you to cook during your stay. The home has a new back deck with privacy partition. A new cozy sectional couch has just been add on the back deck for guest to enjoy outside during their stay!

This unit is only a 15 minute drive to Eno State Park 20 minute to UNC Chapel Hill and Duke University.

Perfect place for me
This duplex apartment is tastefully decorated and had everything I needed It was easy to find and only a few minutes walk to the main street in town. When I had a question about the washer and dryer, I received an answer very quickly!! I highly recommend Jasmine as a host.

exactly what we needed
My husband and I stayed here while we were in the process of moving. We really appreciated the coffee supplies and the extra space to stretch out. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is one of the largest I've seen in an in-town rental. They had 2 dog beds, which our pup loved. While the yard isn't fenced, the place is just across the street from a neighborhood for folks that need to a safe place walk their dogs (I would just recommend picking up after your pet since it is in the city).

lovely and clean
This property is lovely, clean and very easy to stay in and rent from check in to leaving. Two comments - the kitchen is sparsely equipped and would be difficult to really cook in. That being said it was perfect for our needs. Also the televisions seemed to have no cable connnections so no regular channels - just streaming services.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The bedroom accommodations are specious and very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visit to Hillsborough, which is a charming town – we loved it. Jasmine (property owner) is wonderful, easy to get a hold of and very responsive to our inquiries. Highly recommended!!

Great stay In Hillsborough!!!
The property was amazing! Jasmine had thought of everything. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds and linens were dreamy, and we loved the back deck. Jasmine did not take any short cuts in updating and decorating the unit. All finished in the kitchen and bath were super nice. The grounds were beautiful as well, and the paved parking and walkway much appreciated. We particularly loved that my daughter’s dog Finn could join us. We did communicate with Jasmine while we were there, and she was very timely with her responses. Knowing you can actually reach a real person if needed is so important to me. We will definitely choose this place again the next time we are in Hillsborough!!! Thank you, Jasmine, for a great stay!!!
