Rock hard uncomfortable mattress....

The mattress was the worst one I have ever made an attempt to sleep on. I didn't get any sleep because of that. The AC was so loud it was like a jet engine in the room with us. The room was clean and the the front desk lady was super nice and friendly. The price was very affordable but I can't recommend this motel. We only booked for one night and I'm glad because I couldn't take more than that.

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean. The bathroom toilet was at an angle and loose along with no toilet paper spool to put the paper on. The channel selection on the tv was good.

Great location. Updated, but could use bigger towels. Would have been nice if the swimming pool was available. It hasn't been available for a few years. Very friendly staff.

Good for a budget stay in Carroll County

For the money it is good. Everything I needed there was provided. Nice view too. Wi Fi. Has a refridgerator and microwave.

The power on one whole side of the room was out, including the fridge. We got in late and did not realize it until the morning. We had to throw out our food. There was no one in the office in the morning to tell about it. There were only upstairs rooms available and no elevator.
