HOW FAR TO BEACH: You can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes, or read on for other options.
BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, less than 5 minutes by car from Governors Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs allowed on FIRST FLOOR ONLY are not allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay the fine) and must be crated when left alone in the property.
No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.
POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.
CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
This property was pure perfection for our annual family trip to Hilton Head. It is comfortable, spacious, well-kept, and absolutely beautiful. Although small, the pool was clean, warm, and inviting. The location is a short distance from the beach, shopping, restaurants, and many points of interest. I have never rented the same home twice, but may return here next year!

This house was absolutely gorgeous in so many ways! We loved the neutral colors throughout the house! The decor was tastefully done along with the many books throughout the house, which are a must read or at least glance through. The screened porch was a favorite of my grandson, it felt like his own private space! I love that each room had TVs so you could watch something different from others if you chose too. This house was thoroughly stocked with everything a family needs while on vacation, even a room for your adorable pet!! So cool! The house was located very close to various restaurants and also in getting to the beach. One of our favorite places, Harbour Town was close by with great shops and restaurants! Crazy Crab was our favorite! A huge Thank you to Beverly Serral and company for making us feel so welcome! They Provided easy check-in and check-out! I will definitely stay here again!
Working through Vrbo was very easy and manageable as well!
