The owners enjoy this comfortable one level condo from November to May and would love to share it with you the other months of the year.

This 2 bedroom villa has it all. Close to the beach, with views of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course from the back patio and a sunroom office with two desks and monitors in case you need to get some work done.. The living room has a 58" Smart TV and comfortable seating perfect for sprawling out to talk about all your adventures at the end of the day. The primary bedroom has a new King mattress and a 40" Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a 40" Smart TV. There are front and back patios for relaxing and enjoying your coffee. This is the owner's home so it is fully provisioned. There are beach chairs and towels, games, puzzles, and books if you need a little down-time from all of the outdoor activities. The villa is a third of a mile to the beach and The Sea Pines Beach Club, home to Coast Restaurant and Oceans Lounge..

Sea Pines offers miles of leisure trails, perfect for biking and walking, three public golf courses, pickleball and tennis, and miles of white sandy beach. Enjoy shopping and dining in Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina, home of the Salty Dog, all without leaving the gates of Sea Pines. There is often live music at all of these locations. Oceanfront Dining is available at Coast and Ocean Lounge at the Sea Pines Beach Club, if you enjoy golf course views you might like Links at the Harbour Town Golf Club or Fraser's at the Plantation Club. Links has a lovely brunch on Saturday and Sunday with unlimited Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. You can take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Harbour Town or South Beach Marina. There is a great playground in Harbour Town.

You might also enjoy the playground at Celebration Park, near Coligny Beach and Coligny Plaza with over 60 shops and restaurants. There is also a playgound, shopping and dining at Shelter Cove Park where they have fireworks on Tuesday nights..

A Sea Pines Winner
This beautiful property is as described and pictured. It is immaculately clean. The sun room is a joy. The kitchen is very well outfitted and a delight to cook in. The villa feels private. It is well situated to the beach and an easy bike ride to the harbor and the forest preserve. We felt at home instantly. Thanks for a very wonderful stay!

The host does a great job and has all things necessary to spend a great Beach vacation. Kitchen is super practical with new appliances and in general, bedrooms and social areas are big and comfortable - I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location
This condo was perfect for a 5-night stay for my wife and I but it is large enough for a small family. It is a 10 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride to the Beach Club and beach which was very nice. Some downsides are having to cross the street with bikes (only a problem for younger unescorted kids), no access to a pool, and dated (but fully usable) bathrooms and kitchen. The unit also has an extensive office/desk area which we used and appreciated but which some guests might want to be configured as another lounge area or breakfast eating area. Overall, a good setup and very good location!

Lovely spot on Lighthouse Rd
We very much enjoyed our stay on Lighthouse Rd in Sea Pines. It was perfectly sized for our family of four, with two nice sized bedrooms and a very large living and dining space. The office space was a bonus for getting some work done, but mostly we enjoyed being able to make the short trek on the bike trail to the beach. Communication was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient, not far from Marriott Monarch
Family of 4, kids ages 8 and 11, extended family staying at Marriott Monarch and Greenwood Forest. Plenty of seating and living room space, kitchen stocked with all we needed, convenient “office” area to get some work done and 3 TV’s were appreciated! Unit was clean and cool, even too cold at times but it was so refreshing in the middle of the summer. We were able to use the pool at Marriott and Greenwood Forest with family, otherwise we would not have stayed somewhere without a pool and beach access. Bike rental at the Plantation club was walkable, and they pick up from the unit at the end of the week. Easy contactless check-in/check-out. No one was staying in the other units in our building so it was quiet. Overall a very nice stay.

Amazing stay!
This was the perfect property for us! The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for 4. They had 2 work from home stations set up that we took advantage of. The living room area was very comfortable and the kitchen had great amenities. The location was perfect for our group, a short bike ride to the beach and close to everything! We would stay here again!

Amazing location, thoughtful decor
Because of the miserable weather, we wound up spending 2 full days inside and had the coziest time. Nice view over the golf course, in a quiet area very close to the beach club. The unit has an awesome office alcove (could be a great remote work location), and the living room furniture is really comfortable. Mattresses are great. Everything is super clean and we really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Past reviews no longer apply--the owners have thought of everything. We would 100% stay here again.

Close to beach
Our main criteria was to be close to the beach - this condo is only about a 5-10 minute walk or bike to the Beach Club, close to Sea Pines Center and also an easy bike ride to Harbour Town. It was a quick get-away but we did have to work a bit and used the “office” which has two desks, 2 monitors as well as a copier/scanner which was really handy. The living room furniture had been updated from what we saw online - serene and comfortable. The kitchen, while a tad dated, was very cook/user friendly, well-laid out and had all the cooking equipment we needed - even some spices and staple items are there. Bedrooms were very nice - comfortable beds, big closets and attached bathrooms were each clean and neat. While we didn’t use them, there are two sitting areas in the back overlooking the golf course - one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. The manager of the property was easy to work with and helpful. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying here again next year.

Bring Kitchen Items
Overall the property was nice and the host was very nice. Since we were arriving around 330am, Tom left us $9 and the weekly pass. We had to purchase a day pass from the gate. It was very nice that we were reimbursed. The kitchen doesn’t have everything you need. I like to cook dinner, we get sick of going out to eat all the time. We had to purchase cutting boards, a few disposable casserole pans, can opener, wine bottle opener and tongs. I brought my own kitchen knives. The ice maker in the freezer isn't hooked up so we purchased bagged ice too. I couldn't find a small egg pan (8") or cookie sheets. I just changed dinner plans instead of buying those too. The kitchen spatulas (egg and pancake) were dirty. Most of the glassware has this film on it that wouldn't come off. We didn't use them. The master bedroom is a great size. The bathroom that goes along with it doesn't match. A small stand up shower and more sink counter space than you need. But the water pressure is awesome and the water gets real hot. The other bathroom has a larger tub/shower but the water isn't as hot and the pressure is weaker. No counter space on that sink. There is a small cabinet about the toilet you can put things in. I know that the patio doors are going to be replaced. Too bad they weren't already in while we rented it. I bet they will slide a lot easier. Lots of little outdoor seating places for 2. No large patio or deck to have guests over. Overall it was nice. Unfortunately there are some larger places available to rent for less so I don't believe that we will be returning.
