Only 2 blocks from the ocean - and 4 blocks from downtown Coligny shops. It was a perfect set up for our 3 generation group of 11 - 2 of the bedrooms share 1 bathroom and the bunk room had its own bathroom also. Plus the master was beautifully decorated, had a chair to read in and an extremely comfortable king bed. The kitchen was well stocked, beach towels available and plenty of sitting areas both inside & outside. Would 100% stay here again!

HHI Family vacation

House was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2.5 yo. The pool is small but perfect. We were able to cool off and play with our little guy. Easy walk to beach and stores/shops/ice cream! Definitely would stay again.

Perfect house set up for little ones

This house was perfect for us. Each room was very private.. Loved the screened in porch and all of the sitting areas. Very spacious and clean. The pool was just the right size for my grandkids ages 1-5 but it would be small for older kids. Loved this house!!

Exceeded Expectations

The wonderfully appointed house is situated only a short walk from the beach. Our group of seven guests had plenty of space, enjoyed the porch and private pool and found plenty of activities nearby. The management company was very responsive with any needs. We'd definitely stay again at this property and highly recommend the house. A great value!

Excelkent house for family and young kids. Perfect location for easy beach access. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Coligny town center. Easy walikg or biking to everything youneed for your stay. Rain rain go away!

We were told that we should not come due to hurricane but we had a family of 5 flying into Savannah and family of 4 driving from Virginia and we were driving from Chicago! We all made it to the house and it was a great week! It didn’t rain as much as the weather forecast said so after a couple days of some rain, we had a wonderful week and would love to do this again!

The house is old. The “accurate” pictures did not prepare us for how outdated the house is. Outlets not working properly, pool not clean and the grill was in terrible condition. Management team was not helpful. Less than fun birthday weekend. Lesson learned.

A few hiccups but had a good time

We loved the location and management communication. The pool is very small. Looked larger in the photos. There was a layer of dust on interior surfaces. Needs a deep clean. Outdoor space was messy upon arrival. Broken toys from previous renters and furniture in disarray. The microwave stopped working and they brought a new one that was placed on the counter that took up a lot of space and we had very little counter space. Yard mowers came at 7am with commercial lawn equipment blasting through the windows from 7am-8:30am. No large pans for cooking or a griddle and the crockpot looked very dirty. The entire grill bottom kept falling out of the grill and the start on the grill doesn't work, has to be hand lit. I don't think we'd stay there again, though we did have a good time overall.
