Welcome to 15 Collier Beach Road. This three-level home offers ocean, marsh, and tidal creek views. The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a family room with an 82-inch smart TV, and a dining room, all with water views. The second level has three en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, pull-out sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It's located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton's best dining and attractions.

Pool: 10 x 30, The pool/spa can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $1000/week for the pool, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

DOG FRIENDLY: Pet fees are not included in your VRBO total and will be added by Vacation Homes of Hilton Head after your online reservation has been made. This property has a one (1) dog maximum and a weight restriction of 50 pounds maximum. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 2nd pet for an additional fee.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: To secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the balance payment due thirty days prior to arrival via Visa, Master, Discover, American Express. ID Verification is required.
