Beautiful home near South Beach. Loved the open floor plan and comfortable chairs for reading. Master Bedroom bed was great but queen bed was too hard for our daughter. Also the heat on the Main Master side was too hot so I would suggest trying to balance the air flow a little better to the rooms. Other than those small issues it was a fantastic property and we would definitely rent it again

This home was a great entertaining space. It was very open and comfortable. Guest rooms with king beds and ensuite baths were spacious and comfortable. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved her double set of bunk beds and slept in all four beds! This home had the most well equipped kitchen of any rental we have visited. The only thing missing was a set of potholders which we never seemed to remember until we were cooking! Would definitely consider staying at this property again. The Vacation Company was great to work with as well!

A wonderful home in a great area of Sea Pines. A short walk to the beach and I loved that a wagon was provided. We loved using the bikes as well. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were large. We ate at the house except for one meal and the kitchen was well appointed. The only issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t get the dishes clean even with pre-rinsing. A small issue that shouldn’t deter anyone but more of a note for the owner. We can’t wait to stay in this home again.

Doesn’t disappoint!

This is our second year staying at this house and everything about it is perfect. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to South Beach. The setting is so peaceful that overlooks the marsh with numerous tall trees in the backyard. We saw several deer back there almost every night. Huge back deck overlooking everything. The place is very spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely Home- Secluded Location, Quick and Easy Access to Beach and Activities

We had a lovely stay at this home. It was in a good location. It is close to the beach, easy to walk or bike. Nice rides to Harbour Town and south beach. We loved the seclusion of the pool in the back of the home. It backs up to a marsh area so you are not looking into the back of other homes. We watched wildlife every morning form the kitchen/back porch. The home is nicely updated and comfortable to house multiple families while also giving everyone their personal space. Would absolutely stay in this home again!

We have stayed in Hilton Head as a family several times using VRBO and again they did not disappoint. Quiet and spacious home close to all things Hilton Head and bike or walking trails to all things Sea Pines.

Spacious and Comfortable in Great Location

We were so pleased with this home--it had everything going for it. Spacious open concept common spaces, a very well-stocked kitchen with absolutely anything you could need (no leftover basics/spices as someone mentioned so plan to bring your own), great spaces for eating (breakfast nook, kitchen island, deck and dining room), very nice bathrooms and the bedrooms were large, very comfortable and each had very comfortable sitting areas with TVs. The living room and sitting room both had very comfortable furniture and the couches could seat 3 comfortably so plenty of seating for our group of 3 couples. The view of the backyard and marshes from the common areas was beautiful and although the neighboring houses were close, you wouldn't know it as the foliage created a completely private oasis. The outdoor areas were as perfect as the indoor with a spacious deck off the common areas and primary suite and a lower level with even more seating and lounging. The pool was a nice size and perfect for our use. We appreciated the grill and laundry and all of the amenities provided for our stay. We greatly enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the short drive to dining and activities. Highly recommend this home.

A comfortable place

We were all very happy with the home. It was a short walk to the beach if you did not have to carry too much gear but the drive to the beach was very convenient. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. My only real problem was the kitchen supplies. I have not traveled since covid so I have to blame myself a bit, but one can usually rely on at least some left over salt and pepper and a few spices to cook with. Being out of practice I did not bring my usual cooking gear so making meals was not my favorite part. So, if you like to cook bring your own supplies and all will be well. Lots of seating outside, which was very nice. A little too cool to swim but the pool was cleaned while we were there. I would recommend the home for a vacation stay.

Fantastic Fall Break!!

The whole crew, teens and adults alike really enjoyed the home. The pool was great, got a lot of evening swimming in. Great location, about a 10 min walk to South Beach (Salty Dog) for pickleball and lunch and only about 5-10 walk/bike to beach access. The layout of the home was perfect -kitchen very well stocked. Coming back again to see our 3 deer in the backyard and to get some more pitching and putting in!

Absolute wonderful stay!

My family and I had a great stay at the house. Easy to find, easy to check in. The house was very clean, and came with lots of amenities. My kids adored the pool, and just a 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. The beach was never too crowded which was also great. I loved being in the Sea Pines area, beautiful for waking and riding bikes around.

Great Location / Perfect for larger families

My wife and I found this home to be a great spot for our family of 6. With four children (ages 11/10/8/6), this served as a great spot for a number of reasons including easy bike ride to Salty Dog / South Beach, multiple close beach access points that are walkable, and even a few ponds nearby for easy access to some fishing. We will definitely consider staying at this property again when we visit. Vacation Company did a great job of coordinating everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, extra pillows, plenty of bath towels, and good instructions for check-in, check-out and everything in between. Great experience.

Spacious, comfortable and clean

Great week at 18 Audubon Pond. House has fantastic open floor plan with all the amenities we needed and large bedrooms for adults. Pool was a must have after the beach and lots of night swimming. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach when carrying a lot of gear, but doable. Wish the backyard was mowed so we could have used it.
