**South Beach Club 1905**

This delightful first floor villa offers fabulous views of the
Ocean, Beach, Sound and Beachfront Pool. This villa
has been recently updated in 2025 and is sure to please
every member of your family.

It is within easy walking distance to the South Beach Marina
Village and the ever popular Salty Dog Cafe. This unique villa
features a Private Staircase which leads from the villa directly down
to the Pool & Beach. Enjoy the Dolphins as they swim along the
Shoreline! 3 Minute walk to the South BeachPickleball Courts!
Guests of 1905 South Beach Club have access to the Sea Pines
Beach Club via the Sea Pines Trolley. Free WiFi!

Upgrades in 2025 included opening up kitchen to the living
area. All new kitchen appliances. New flooring. Half bath
renovated. Other 2 bathrooms were renovated in 2021-22.

Pool Heater/Cooler being added to complex in March 2026. Pool
will be heated in April, Oct & Nov 2026 and March, April & Oct &
Nov of following years. Pool will also be able to be cooled during
the summer months.

Hilton Head Sea Pines May 2025

The place was spacious, beautiful, and super clean. We were mailed all of the needed information so the check-in should have been easy, be we had some difficulties since we didn't have the correct pass code to get into the unit. Once this was corrected we were good to go. I requested a 12noon check-out on the day we left and was very surprised as we were packing up to go with about 25 minutes left that a young person just entered the unit and asked me if I was checking out or if I was the cleaning service. I was so shocked by this rude intruder. I collected myself and called the main office to complain about the disturbing service. Beyond these two issues, the place was quite nice.

Very Nice Stay on the Beach

Really enjoyed our stay...good pool and beach access and plenty of other activities within reasonable distance. Only frustration was property management being unresponsive to emails...wrong data/info sheet had been sent with welcome packet. Had to sort out on arrival. Housekeeping feedback - they had tried to put a queen fitted sheet on a king bed. Obviously didn't fit. Had to have new one brought over after we got there. A clear issue they should have recognized. They need to clean under the beds occasionally. Very dusty. Otherwise well maintaned and furnished. We would stay there again.

Great location and set up. Could use some cleaning!

We traveled with 3 kids (5 and under). We loved the location and layout of the property. You could easily walk to a few little restaurants, shops and ice cream. The pool was very easily accessible and not very busy so perfect for kids. The beach was a close walk and was in the bay so the waves were small and easy for the kids to play at the beach/ocean. When we arrived, the place smelled like it had been mopped with a dirty mop. There were still Cheetos under night stands and crumbs under the couches. You could feel sand/grit on the floors and my husbands socks were black on the bottom from walking around. The pillows were about 1/4 of an inch thick and the towels were very cheap and barely dried us off. We all had a rough time sleeping with the old flat pillows. I removed the pillow case off one and the pillow was stained. Yuck! I loved the location and the layout of the place, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless it was cleaned better and there were upgraded towels and bedding.

Great condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head staying at South Beach Club! The condo is right on the pool and a short walk to the beach. This part of the beach is great for families with small kiddos as the water is very calm. Can’t wait to book our next stay!

Life Long Friends Exploring Hilton Head

The property was just as described on the website. Lovely views of a great pool area and then the cove right from your patio. Deer visited right outside the gates of the pool each evening. The ocean and wide beach off to your left. Great location on Sea Pines Plantation on the Southern End of HHI. Very close to the Salty Dog Pub and Restaurant and several other wonderful restaurants. I would make a few suggestions to help make ones stay a 5 star! Need a few new pans for cooking breakfast. Pans were not in great shape. The condo was quite clean, bright and nicely furnished, but towels were sub par and we found quite a few dust bunnies around. The cleaning staff needs to be more attentive and give the floors a good cleaning. Minor recommendations to improve the comfort of discerning travelers. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the details provided by the owner and rental company. Lovely condo in a well cared for condo facility. Great spot; Walking trails, cute shops, plenty of wildlife, beautiful foliage and a lovely wide beach off to the left of the condo. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

HHI South Beach 2022 Trip

Loved the condo, location and everything. Seeing the sunset, close to the pool and beach. Condo was well equipped and tastefully furnished. We’ve been going to HHI every summer for 15+ years, and this is the best place of all.

Perfect Accomodations

The condo at 1905 South Beach Club was perfect. I can't say enough about the location of the condo...overlooking the pool and just steps from the beautiful beach. I have been to Hilton Head several times but never stayed in the South Beach area. It may be our new favorite location. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook at home. Salty Dog was across the street if you wanted a good fish sandwich or a delicious margarita. Yet the area was not congested. The property manager(s) were so helpful when I was looking for a place to stay and very communicative with me to help me find a place that would work for us. We had one small problem with the front door lock, and maintenance was there quickly to fix the problem. Finally, the folks we met either living in the complex or renting like us were friendly and willing to share helpful tips about Hilton Head - restaurants, farmer's market, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, beautiful view

We loved this place! My mom, brother and I spent a great week in this unit and were extremely happy with everything. It is nicely laid out, with a beautiful view of the water, a balcony with tall table for meals overlooking the pool, and well stocked. Great to have our own staircase down to the pool area and to walk to the beach right in front of us. The management company was great, sent someone immediately when we couldn't figure out the TV, and helped us arrange to have bikes delivered and waiting when we arrived. Loved the South Beach location as well, right next to tennis and pickleball courts (where we signed up for a clinic and round robin) and a quick walk over to the Salty Dog for drinks/dinner. We hope to be back!

Great location!

Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Enjoyed beach walks with dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening. Quiet location with Salty Dog across the street with restaurants, stores and nightly music. Unit was perfect for our family of 5. One complaint was the dishwasher was broken. We notified the management company immediately, someone came out but the needed part wouldn’t be available until our check out day. Left us without a dishwasher over Christmas holiday weekend, eating out wasn’t really an option, so I spent a portion of my vacation washing dishes. Management company seemed fine with us using the dishwasher with a broken seal, but I didn’t want to risk damaging the kitchen floor with water. No compensation was offered. I would recommend this unit because of view and location, but beware if something is broken or not working, you’ll have to make the best of it.

Beautiful sunsets

We liked the proximity to the water, and it is very quiet being on the sound side. The views and wildlife were awesome! Accommodations were good, very nice kitchen and plenty of space.
