Unfortunate set of circumstances

The property and location were nice, but unfortunately our experience was less than desired. There was construction all week outside our unit which was VERY distracting. And we had an incident where the upstairs unit master bath leaked through the ceiling into our master bath which we couldn't use for 3 days. We notified property manager, but the Thanksgiving holiday kept anyone from showing up to correct issues. Had those incidents not occurred I'm sure it would have been lovely.

Despite the fact that the pool was closed and the parking lot was being repaved we had a good time. Had I known the pool was going to be closed I wouldn’t have booked the condo, but we made do with the beach!

Very nice condo!

Very nice condo that has been kept up well. Would definitely stay here again. Ceiling fans in bedrooms would be a nice added feature. Also a larger mirror in the master bathroom. Easy to book and Sea turtle getaways who we booked through was knowledgeable and efficient.

Great views!

Overall good. Great views and comfortable furniture. Management was nice and check in was extremely easy. Wish there were more towels, as there was only one hand towel, one wash cloth, and two bath towels in master bath. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location by Coligny Plaza.

Good, but a few things need to be addressed. The dishwasher is not put in correctly and acts as if it might fall out. The mattresses in the guest bedroom are awful, so soft like sleeping on a worn out pillow. I had a backache the entire 10 days!! Otherwise, the place is lovely with a spectacular view.

This location is fantastic. You have a great view of the ocean and you are just minutes away from the pool and beach access. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the waves!

Nice property...but inside maintenance issues.

Great location and views of ocean! Easy access to beach, restaurants, bike trails, groceries. Unit was relatively well maintained and mostly clean but sections of tile grout in master bathroom shower were black with mold and in desperate need of cleaning (second bathroom was fine). Well-supplied kitchen but dishwasher poorly installed (tilted forward when door opened.). Outside property (pool, hot tub, walkways) nicely cared for and maintained. Televisions need written instructions on how to operate — but management company was cheerful and helpful in getting things to work (Monday - Friday!). Overall, the unit was good — but for $360/night, we didn’t expect to find the maintenance issues.

Honeymoon

My new husband and I had a great stay at Shorewood 203 to celebrate our honeymoon. The location was was great to walk and ride bikes to Coligny's shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great view of the ocean. We also felt safe and had privacy. Thank you for a great stay!
