Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉. This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

The house was fantastic and I absolutely wish I could give 5 stars however the biggest issue we had was cleanliness with the floors. The floors were very sandy still from prior use and anywhere I walked my feet would be covered. We enjoyed the amenities and the views of the beach and definitely would be back again!

Booked this home for my family vacation. At arrival we discovered things that made our stay less than a good experience.We paid an additional cost for the pool to be heated. When we arrived we checked the pool to find that it was not heated. We reported this immediately. They apologized and stated they would refund us the cost of pool heating for our stay. After a few weeks and multiple conversations we were refunded the amount for the pool heating.Unfortunately, that wasn't our only issue. The stovetop didn't work. The house was out of propane gas. This also meant the grill and fireplace didn’t work either.Managment sent over a hot plate and a toaster oven. We were told that was the best they could do for our stay. We lost money on groceries, had to spend extra money on eating out and lost out on spending time with our family in the home. It took several weeks for us to hear from anyone regarding this issue and they offered no compensation for this problem.Additionally, the house lacks several basic amenities that should be standard for this price level. There were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms. There were no blankets, throws or pillows for lounging. There was no light in the garage. The 1st floor bathroom shower had a broken shelf. The beds were very uncomfortable. These things must be improved to command the price. An amicable resolution has not been achieved. Customer service and satisfaction is not a priority for this company.

Pros: Spacious home, right on the beach, nice outdoor space. Cons: TOO MANY TO LIST! We arrived at a dirty property & when the cleaner came they didn’t re-clean, just spot cleaned what we pointed out. There was dirt in the corners, fingerprints everywhere, sand on the chairs, hairs in the bathroom, etc. The 3rd floor AC didn’t work upon arrival, was fixed immediately, but the 2nd floor AC went out later that evening & wasn’t fixed for over 24 hours while HH was under major heat advisory. Kitchen refrigerator broke & was never fixed-took 2 days for us to get one put in the garage to use. The back door handle broke (only way out to the patio/pool/beach) & there were 3 wasps’ nests on the balconies & a kid was stung 8 times. The KICKER: the pool filter was broken PRIOR to our arrival, the mgmt. company KNEW & didn’t disclose it to us. When the pool maintenance person came to clean the pool later in the week, he told us they knew the pool wasn’t working. The pool was filthy & unusable as of the 3rd day (7 night trip) & unusable for the remainder of our trip. One of the kids ended up in urgent care with a double ear infection & another diagnosed when they got home. We had 4 families stay here & it wasn’t an easy trip as we spent more time dealing with house issues than relaxing. We were given less than one night in a refund for all the headaches we had. No urgency from the property mgmt. team. To be at a large house with ALL these issues for what you pay - RENT SOMETHING ELSE!!!

Great house for extended family vacation

The configuration of the house is perfect for a multiple family vacation. The property was nicely furnished with all the kitchen amenities needed. The loaction was fabulous. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Christmas in Hilton Head

Great house that worked well for a family of multi-generation adults. It was unseasonably cool and therefore we weren’t able to spend much time outdoors. The cable and wifi were intermittent with continuous buffering. Would like a better way to enter and exit the garage without having to call a family member to open and close the door as we went in and out.

A Great Time

We loved the property, location. It was well equipped. Decorating is sparse, LR TV didn’t work, no idea how to operate the fireplace but it didn’t appear that it was much more than an oil lamp anyway. That said, we would definitely come back. Great pool and deck. 👍

Beautiful views and location of the house is perfect

We had the best week with friends. The house had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, and the views are simply beautiful. Stay in bed and watch the sunrise each morning. We were short bike rides to many of our favorite spots on the island. The proximity to the sand made it very easy for the kids to move between both the sand and the pool without much fanfare from the adults. We love Hilton Head and this house made the perfect spot to enjoy it all.

Great house with excellent proximity to the beach

A quality home with excellent proximity to the beach. The Master BR suite is expansive and provides one of the best view of the Ocean we have ever experienced. Plan to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas and other equipment (none is provided with the house) and be careful with the charcoal grill... because of the slope of the deck, fat will not drain properly into the grease pan and catches on fire in the bottom of the grill. Great House -- highly recommended for larger groups.

Amazing Home with amazing view

My family and I had a wonderful time at the home. It’s a lovely home with an amazing view and beautifully decorated. The open layout of downstairs with the large kitchen including 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers make family dinners and cleanup very enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back again soon!!

Unbelievable Home!!

Amazing home!! Even more stunning than the pictures! Right on the beach... unbelievable experience!!! The views are fantastic! We ALL had a perfect time! The second floor has a master bedroom that is SO incredible, we could never have imagined it!!! Standing outside on the large balcony makes you feel like you’re standing on the beach-WOW! The MBR, it’s bathroom and closet are huge!! All other bedrooms and bathrooms were great, Kitchen well stocked (with 2 dishwashers!) new washer and dryer, fun pool table, beautiful common table for meals/games. Very easy to stay there with a lot of people. Definitely rent bikes... so much fun to ride on the beach :) ENJOY!

Great house... perfect location (two doors down from Coco's on the Beach)!

It was a great experience... our first time in Hilton Head. We loved the house! The layout is perfect. The pool off of the main level worked out great to keep an eye on the kids while we were making dinner, etc. One of the most beautiful beaches! PLEASE get a better quality coffee maker! The one there is a disaster! Also, TWO gas tanks for the grill would be great. We ran out of gas our first night there while grilling our dinner (the last thing you want to deal with after driving for 10 and 13 hours)! It would have been great to have an extra tank available. The pool table on the top level was a great past time for those who had too much sun. We all decided that there could be no better house/location for our future vacations. Being so close to Coco's was an unexpected BONUS!!
