A peaceful location in the heart of it all. Just steps from Coligny Plaza, this updated 3 bed 2.5 bath villa will be your favorite place to stay. Upgraded throughout, this villa is just a short walk to the beach, Low Country Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants and grocery. When you enter this villa you will immediately feel at home in the comfortable living area looking out at the green space courtyard which also features the outdoor pool.
This tastefully decorated villa comes with the HH Island Rental Advantage. 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, 6 beach towels and new kitchen items including cooking spray, salt and pepper, and seasoning salt.
When you enter this unit you will immediately enjoy the view of the green space courtyard and your own patio. This lushly landscaped complex includes a large pool complete with loungers for enjoying the SC sun. The unit includes an outdoor dining area, propane grill and private balconies off two of the three bedrooms.
The living area features ample seating for your entire party and a flat screen smart tv. Upgraded internet and cable are included free of charge. The dining area features seating for four and is adjacent to the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen includes stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main floor also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
Up the stairs to the 2nd level, there is a guest bedroom with a king size bed, a second guest bedroom with a queen bed and work desk, and a guest bath.
