This property mirrors its neighboring home at 5 Heron, making it an ideal choice for multiple families or groups seeking a luxurious getaway. The homes are seamlessly connected by an outdoor space like no other, featuring dual pools and hot tubs that stretch from the sun-drenched areas to shaded retreats beneath the home. At the heart of the outdoor space is a long, striking fire pit surrounded by modern seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying cool evenings. A spacious grassy lawn provides the perfect setting for outdoor games like cornhole.

Located just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, this home offers easy access to the vibrant Coligny area and the popular public beach access at the end of Heron Street. With 3,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, the home features five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Amazing Stay!

This place is perfect for a large group or family! Only downfall is it is missing a lot of random cleaning items - no sponge, only two extra trash bags, only Clorox wipe, etc. Also only salt and Pepper was available. Otherwise, this is the perfect place to stay!

Great house for a large group

We had three families at this house with people aging from in their 70s to elementary school age. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. I love all the bathrooms. One thing I would suggest is updating the listing to show how many stairs are needed to get in the building. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the main floor, and then another full flight of stairs to get to the kitchen. One person in our group had mobility issues, and this was a struggle at times.

Great Location!

This property provided a fantastic location near both Coligny and the beach which made things easy and fun for the week. While we enjoyed the outside amenities the property had to offer (shaded pool was awesome for rainy days and for kids in the late afternoon), some of the appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher) need maintenance and we found trash and other items left over from the previous renters.
