Excellent location! Right on the beach and so easy to walk right out the back of the condo onto the sand. Pool Bar Jim's is right onsite between the condo and the beach, excellent place for a frozen drink during a day but closes at 6pm so no issues with noise at night.Easy to walk across the street to all the shops and restaurants of Coligny. Condo was also very nice, clean, A/C worked well, washer/dryer, hot water, etc all worked well. Good to know:-The hot tub is actually a small hot tub in a dark room inside the building? Outside, there was a very small pool located centrally within the pond/garden area which might have been a hot tub that was not hot when we arrived, vs simply a small pool, but otherwise we did couldn't really find the traditional outside hot tub you might except. We never rechecked that small pool after the first day though, so it is possible that IS a hot tub and they got it fixed later on.-The reason we never really had to re-check the small hot tub pool, is that they really did a nice job heating the larger outside pool on the west side of pool bar Jim's. It was semi-cool first day we arrived 3/29 but after that it was super warm, probably 85 or more, very comfortable even for grownups.Minor issues: -mattresses felt a little like an old spring mattress that is bouncy but not super supportive anymore, and as the week went our family started to feel like the mattresses were getting less comfortable for sleeping.
