313 Ocean One - Direct Oceanfront and 3 Bedrooms

This spacious, beachfront villa boasts two master bedrooms facing the Atlantic, each with their own deck. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms and three decks with spectacular views right over the pool and ocean! The unit features stainless-steel appliances and large, wall-mounted Smart TV’s in every room. It is only steps to the pool, beach, and barbecue pit. Storage galore for all your beach goodies and leisure wear.

Unwind on the decks viewing the pool and ocean or inside on the granite countertop bar with comfortable stools. Gaze at the ocean from your living room, cook a nice meal in your kitchen, read a book from our growing collection on your bedroom deck. Accommodating bunk bed in the back bedroom too.

There is also no better location on Hilton Head Island if you’d like to walk to your restaurant or bar of choice. Visit the Tiki Hut/Bar for live music or walk to Coligny Plaza in five minutes.

This villa will quickly become your favorite spot on Hilton Head Island!

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with private oceanfront balcony and private bath. The Second Bedroom has a King-size bed which also has a private oceanfront balcony and a private bath. The Third Bedroom has a bunkbed with a twin size bed over a full bunkbed, plus a full size trundle bed. This bedroom also has a private bath. There is a third balcony that is located directly off the main living area with seating!

During peak season, this is mandatory. There is no overflow parking available in the Forest Beach area at all.

We've vacationed on HHI during the Christmas/New Year break for at least 17 years. We love the Coligny area and have stayed in the Ocean One complex all but one year. We love its proximity to the beach and the shops in Coligny. This is our first year renting with Vacation Company. It was a very pleasant experience. We will use them again.The property was very nice, we enjoyed our stay.

Good view. Pool area is nice. Tiki Bar next door had live music - 3 days of which were fine as it was not horribly loud. However, 1 day was basically loud rap music (which is terrible both in sound and volume) and another had very loud heavy metal. Could do without that. Condo ok, but fairly worn out. Carpet in the living room is in desperate need of replacement.

The layout and furnishings were perfect for us. My husband and I had a king suite with a private bathroom. Our granddaughter and her mother shared the other king suite with a private bath. And our adult son has his own room and bathroom. There was plenty of room to gather or slip away for alone time. The location was perfect. The property was well maintained. We will be back.

Nice condo in a great location. Little concerned with the coffee table. Very sharp corners on the glass protective top was a concern with a toddler. Otherwise the condo is nice and has a lot of beach toys, floats, buckets and shovels for the kids to use.

Wonderful ocean front condo!

We loved our stay at this beautiful ocean front condo with gorgeous ocean views and great location walkable to Coligney, the tiki bar and the beach. We enjoyed listening to the live music from the tiki bar on the balcony. The two king rooms were spacious and comfortable. The 3rd bedroom was tight, would have been better if they still had bunk beds and a trundle bed to pull out.

2025 HHI stay

It was a perfect location. Easy beach access. Perfect walk to Coligny. Which is exactly what we wanted. The only issues were outlets in one of the bedrooms were not working. Toilet in one room kept going off and on all night and day. In the room with the non working outlet had pipe issues. They had to sleep on pull out couch. The bathrooms did have hair in them from previous rentals. We loved the location. It was perfect.

Location, location, location!

This property was perfectly situated for our family to enjoy a week on the beach! Just steps from the beach, we walked/ran the beach at sunrise, then went back to the condo before breakfast. Days were spent on the beach and in the water, and we especially enjoyed bobbing in the water during the 'golden hour,' watching the sunset. The kitchen is nicely appointed and the condo is very comfortable, though the furnishings are worn. When you don't feel like cooking, there are many good restaurants within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family Vacation

We had 3 different families renting out 3 separate units in the Ocean One complex for the week. The location truly cannot be beat! The pool is larger than other condo complexes we’ve stayed at, and the close access to the beach was fantastic. We’d stay back here in a heartbeat, and due to an unforeseen medical emergency, resulting in surgery for my husband we are hoping to come back soon to make up for the time we lost (several days). I will definitely be researching this condo for availability first. We had 1 minor hiccup with access to the actual unit, but it only took a phone call to the office to get that fixed. The pool hours was kind of a bummer; it’s closed at sunset and we would have loved to have been able to swim later, but that’s about the only downfall to the complex. We all highly recommend this complex and this unit.

Terrible Communication with Vacation Company

At first communication with Vacation company was good they called immediately after booking to see if I needed anything. When I called back with questions they promptly answered and took care of my questions. However, they didn’t communicate well at all when there was an issue. Check in was 4pm. My husband, daughter and son-in-law and I took all of our suitcases, coolers, beach chairs, etc up to the condo around 4:10pm and the maids were still there. We had been informed that the door code would work at 4pm. We had to sit outside and wait with our belongings in the humidity and heat for 50 minutes! When I called the Vacation company I was advised that someone would call me back. After 10 minutes I still had not heard from anyone; I called back to get the same response. They NEVER called me back. I texted about 20 minutes after we finally got into the condo and they did mitigate the issue by refunding the cleaning fee of $230 after telling them that it was unacceptable to wait outside for 50 min past our check-in time. I thought it was distasteful to not call me back. The condo was decent. I don’t really have any complaints about the condo. It could use some fresh paint but the place was spacious and provided everything we needed. We stayed for July 4 and i probably wouldn’t go back there because it’s close to the public beach access. You can imagine how crowded it was being on the other side of a building next to public beach access and the timing.
