This home was fabulous!! The view of the beach and ocean was unmatched. My favorite part of our stay was waking up to the incredible sunrise over the ocean each morning. I also really appreciated that the home was well equipped with toiletries and kitchen supplies which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. Thank you for thinking of the details. We had a wonderful time!

One of the best properties I've stayed at. Perfect location, close to bars and restaurants, steps to the beach and all with amazing views. We loved the double balcony and the big windows in the living room with all ocean views. The amenities all around were great.

We would stay here again.

We just loved this property. It is exactly what it said it was. Very clean amazing views of ocean where we seen dolphins right from our windows. Walk out the door of the complex you walk right to beach or pool or restaurants, coffee shop, or grocery shopping, which is so nice and so convenient. I would walk and get coffee and homemade donuts and pastries for kids in morning which is right across the street on corner. So was the grocery store and restaurants we ate at. The beach chair was so nice because they had chair set ups you could buy for the day right at complex. They have a bar you can order drink and food inside complex right by the pool. We would get it to go and eat on beach while kids played. We’re a family of 5 and it was the perfect size for us for our stay. We loved the beach it was fun when tide went out in afternoon we would find star fish and snails and sand dollars in tide pools. My kids love searching for them and helping them back to ocean. All in all we never stay at same property twice but I would stay here again. It was a first time to Hilton head but I hope we go again next year.

This condo is even nicer than the pictures show. Our group of 4 was very happy with everything about this unit. The teenagers loved the blackout shade in the second bedroom!Check in was easy. We appreciated codes sent ahead of time versus having to stop to pick up keys. Everything was clean upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets as well as towels for use in the room and beach towels. There was a nice supply of paper products, toiletries, dishwasher and laundry pods. The kitchen was well appointed. We only cooked simple meals but it seemed like everything was there you would need. Two types of coffee makers!!The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed the balconies, pools and hot tub and Pool Bar Jims. The Vacation Company was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We appreciated the credit toward beach gear so we didn’t have to haul it from out of state. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. They left it at the door before we arrived then we put it out again as we were leaving. The location was perfect. We had two teens with us. They enjoyed walking to Coligny Plaza for coffee, food and shopping. The SeaCrest is very centrally located. The only negative we could come up with is that there were a couple of times that the most convenient elevator to our room had some issues with not working. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this unit.

Nice condo with great views!

The property was as advertised. We enjoyed the condo and its great views, as well as the pools, beach and Jim's Pool Bar. It was so convenient to have beach chairs and an umbrella delivered for no additional cost. On the downside, they started yard work on the property at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning. I also think it would be great if there could be more umbrellas/shade by the pools. It was hard to find shade when we wanted a break from the sun. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very clean. Beautiful ocean views. Quiet. Communication with vacation company was great. Our beach gear was delivered, but I was never notified, and then we had an issue with lock for the beach gear. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. Will definitely book again.

We were very disappointed with the unit and the property, which was under construction. The difference between the actual property vs the pictures was not acceptable. Fortunately the great staff at Vacation Company were understanding and immediately helped us relocate to a great property in Villamare Palmetto Dunes and we had a great week.

Beautiful property - Property Management Company could've been much better.

The perfect location to everything. Beautiful views including spectacular sunrises. On the day we were leaving, the property mgmt company changed the code, without informing us, and I was locked out of the unit. I went to take out the trash an hour before checkout and wasn't able to get back in. Luckily, I had my phone with me. Thankful I didn't have small children inside the unit.

Best location!

Beautiful beachfront condo. Easy everything; check-in, parking, access to beach and grocery store, check-out. Hated to leave. Only weird thing (annoying) was the TV in the living room would give off a loud emergency type broadcast sound every half hour to hour. Even when turned off. Couldn’t figure out how to stop. Great space otherwise.

Wonderful Getaway

A beautiful, spacious place. The ocean front views are wonderful. We could even see the dolphins fishing from the balcony. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning. The first morning we went out with keys etc. My phone, with the entry code, went dead. We called the on call folks, left a message and they got right back with us. We got the code and right back inside. Great service!! Wish we had a longer stay. Next time!

Top notch roomy beachfront accommodations. Comfortable upscale furnishing. Convenient in building garage parking. Beautiful views of Coligny beach. Just a few steps from the hard packed sand. Convenient to dining, coffee and shopping. We plan to stay at the Seacrest next time we visit HHI.

Great until the end!

Unit was pretty much as advertised but in need of an upgrade. Couch unit was very well worn and the two patio doors could use some work. Patio doors were hard to open and the sliding screens were hard to use. Biggest issue was checking out. We clearly understood we needed to be out at 10:00 AM, however the system locked us out at 9:00 AM leaving us stranded behind a locked door to the unit without access to ALL of our belongings inside including our cellphones so we couldn't contact anyone for help. Luckily, a housekeeping person was able to use her code to let us get back into our unit so we could clear out all of our belongings. We think the management company forgot to adjust their time for the access codes to take into account the change from daylight savings time to standard time. Not a good look or a good way to end an otherwise very pleasant vacation.

Fantastic Family Friendly Property/Location

Unit is very nicely updated and friendly to families that are “tough” on amenities. We have two kids who bring in piles of toys, sand, water, etc and this place was updated with really great quality materials thag look great but also can withstand wear and tear. We already are looking to book this same place next year. A+
