The living room features a large TV and oversized sectional sofa. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for effortless home-cooked meals.
The cottage includes three bedrooms, offering flexibility for families or friends:
Primary bedroom: California king bed, large TV, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, new vanity, and waterfall plus handheld showerheads.
Second bedroom: Queen and twin bed, large TV, and adjacent full bath with a deep soaking tub, vanity, and rainfall shower combo.
Loft bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk, small lounge with TV, desk, and chairâgreat for kids or gamers.

- Distances: ~ Beach: .3 mi (6min walk) ~ Harbour Town: 2.7 mi ~ Coligny: 2 mi ~ South Beach: 4 mi ~ Shelter Cove: 5.5 mi **Sea Pines Rules and Regulations** -Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans. -Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited -Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers -Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit. -All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times -***Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.*** -Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.
Kitchen was excellent. We had no problem finding anything that we needed. Laundry was just fine. The stepladder was useful for operating the dryer. We found no problems with the property at all.
Clean house. Nice firm beds. Everything worked well. Recently remodeled. Close to the beach. Nice view of the pond. Plenty of room. Quiet neighborhood. Liked hearing the school next door. Responsive hosts.
Clean, updated condo/house for quick stay in Sea Pines. You can walk to the beach but it's a little futher than you think...you need a "wagon" to take your things....but other than that, the house had all we needed. It was a rainy week but we enjoyed the window on the pond even in the rain. Lots to do in Sea Pines!!
Everything was well taken care of and clean. Love this location for proximity to the beach and pool. Lots of wildlife nearby to watch. Great washer/dryer, outdoor shower was added bonus and bathroom fixtures are very nice. Thanks for a great stay!
Really nice location, neat cottage perfect for a family of 3 or 4. Private, good pool, close to beach. Stayed for 5 nights, loved it. Only minor issue was the screen door for the deck was broken.
Bright, clean, well appointed and close to the beach
We loved this updated pet friendly home. Having the laundry on the main floor was an unexpected bonus. The location allowing us to walk down to the beach was just what we wanted.
For a number of reasons, this was an ideal rental find for us. The location was ideal since it was situated right after the south gates off of Coligney. This meant that we had very easy and quick access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc. (unlike those who rented closer to Harbourtown or South Beach). Being off the main road meant that our location was private, less busy and very quiet. Equally or perhaps even more important, our unit was a short 5 minute walk from the ocean. The beach was almost always quite deserted (mid February to early March) since the location was not near any hotels or condominium units. Cycling trails were steps away and we had access to the many routes in Sea Pines (all beautifully maintained), as well as trails heading to the rest of Hilton Head Island. The unit itself was also perfect for us. It was spacious, recently updated (tastefully done) clean, bright and very comfortable. Large windows on the whole south side looked over a lovely pond. The deck off of the living room/kitchen area had a full sun exposure and had good seating as well as a BBQ. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were modern and looked like they had been completely redone. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed. We also appreciated an enclosed storage spot at the base of the unit to keep our bikes and beach chairs safe and out of sight. If we ever returned to Hilton Head Island, we would absolutely try to rent this unit again.
Cottage was very well supplied and outfitted. Everything was operable and there were no issues with the residence. The cottage was clean and met all our needs. The rental agency was easily contacted, an employee, Will, was outstanding. We experienced a winter ice storm, and he maintained contact with us and provided services. He made sure we were safe, an employee of highest quality.
place was nice but the space was a bit tighter than it appeared on lineâŠwe hit our knees on the foot boards in bedrooms. Just inside the sea pines gate and a quick walk to where another family group was staying. Loved being able to look out and see the water in the lagoonâŠ.no gators but we did see birds and turtle heads
Beautifully done small home on lagoon in Hilton Head Sea Pines. Wonderful community. This home is well located to bike ride the paths or to the beach- easy access. 2 large alligators in the water in backyard and beautiful birds! Small home has everything you need for the stay. Great communication from the property management team.
We have been visiting HHI for about 25 years. By far, the management company is the best we have dealt with. The condo was very clean and stocked with toiletries.
We have been coming to HHI for the last five years. This was the first year we were able to bring my in-laws with us. The place was absolutely perfect for all of us plus our 2 year old and dog. Itâs very kid friendly and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and everything we needed was only a short drive. The company was fantastic to work with! They made everything very easy and checked on us throughout the trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
