This beautiful villa is the perfect retreat! Take a serene bike ride under beautiful oak trees or relax on the sundeck at the community pool, which is an easy, short walk! Conveniently located in the Georgetown section of the gated community within Palmetto Dunes, you have easy access to bike paths and local golf courses, tennis, shops, and dining!
Tile flooring downstairs, light gray walls, and tastefully decorated with beach dĂ©cor. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and four bench seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the kitchen. The adjacent dining room has a wood table that seats six. In the spacious, comfortable living room there is a large gray sectional with beach themed pillows, one oversized armchair and a 40â TV. The sliding door opens to the back patio where there is a wrought iron table for six, two Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. This is the perfect place for alfresco dining or to just enjoy a glass of wine.
Off the foyer is the Âœ bath and a large master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, armchair with ottoman, 32â TV, and access to the back patio. The master bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo.
On the second floor are the two guestrooms, both carpeted, with a shared bathroom that has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower. The first guest room has a queen bed, bench seat, armchair, angled high ceiling, and a 32â TV. The second guest room has a nautical theme and has two twin bunk-beds and a 21â TV.
Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
