Welcome to 7 Bayberry, our 6-bed, 6.5-bath recently renovated home just steps from the beach! This luxury home is perfectly designed for multiple families and generations to enjoy. From the many decks and private balconies (featuring ocean glimpses!), to the pool and outdoor living space, to two large living areas and two floors of three bedrooms each, this house can accommodate up to 19 for a Low Country vacation to remember!

Enjoy long days by the private pool and spa (23’ x 12’) where you can relax in the sun, play outdoor games, dine at the shaded table by the pool bar, or enjoy a game of ping pong and catch a game on the TV in the adjacent rec room. When you are ready for the beach, just load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, and make the 1 minute walk down the private path to one of the best beaches on the east coast. On your way back home, enjoy the outdoor shower poolside to clean off your sandy toes.

Inside, two levels of island living await you. Reclaimed antique wood floors, shiplap, and white trim details fill this home with coastal elegance. Comfort and ease for large groups are built into the design with two large living rooms, a laundry room with two full size washers and dryers, a large gourmet kitchen with an oversized island and two refrigerators as well as two dishwashers, and a wet bar off the second living space with an ice maker, beverage fridge, and additional coffee maker. With so much space to spread out, families of all sizes and ages can enjoy.

We want to make packing for your stay as easy as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle cooking everything from a summer BBQ to a Thanksgiving feast. There are 12 full size beach/pool towels provided, as well as a collapsible wagon and 10 folding Tommy Bahama beach chairs so you are all set for long days at the beach. For those coming with young kids, we provide a highchair, a pack and play, and safety gates for the stairs so no need to lug those along either.

A few notes –
There is space in the garage for 4 vehicles. Hilton Head does enforce limits on the number of cars. All vehicle parking must be located on improved surfaces, like driveways, and cannot be on grassed or landscaped areas. Doing such could result in your car getting towed.

Hilton Head does enforce the 10pm-7am "quiet period” noise ordinance. If you are going to be in the pool, hot tub, or on one of the many decks after 10pm, please be respectful of our neighbors.

Our property has an elevator to provide full accessibility and makes unloading/loading easy for you as well as for those with mobility issues. Hilton Head also provides complimentary beach wheelchairs. To reserve a beach wheelchair, visit hiltonheadislandsc.gov/beach/accessibility.

Although pets are not permitted, there are several well-rated pet resorts nearby, including Southpaw Pet Resort, Evergreen Pet Lodge, Dog Dynasty, and All About Pets.
