Impressive view. The property has a terrific outdoor area and pool. The only suggestion is to have a full-size or queen-size bed in the guest rooms. The trundle bed in the downstairs bedroom was a nice idea. Everything was clean and well-kept. Excellent stay!

77 Plantation

My husband and I were pleased with 77 Plantation. We shared it with our two adult daughters, son-in-law, a 12 and 17 year old grandchildren. The home is very spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very clean and had a nice starter packet of needed supplies. It was a very quiet area and we were able to bike many places. We would definitely stay at 77 Plantation again.

Perfect for our Thanksgiving Gathering

Six adults living all across the country. We gathered here for Thanksgiving and it was just perfect. We all loved the house and the view of The Links. The bikes were a wonderful addition! Highly recommend!

Great House!

This was a great house, large enough for our family. It was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for watching golfers and wildlife and biking. Our favorite room was the sunroom. The pool was clean and inviting. We would stay here again.

Family vacation July 2022

The property size and layout were perfect for our 3-family group. As golfers the location on the Harbour Town 15th green was perfect and the 4 bikes provided were used every day. The pool was well maintained and in constant use. The property itself is showing signs of age, all crockery needs to be junked and replaced with something presentable. The master closet has a major condensation issue. Front door lock needs to be fixed. Generally, needs a deep clean.

Nice home

We really enjoyed the location of this house on the 15th green of Harbortown. The pool was wonderful. It is good to know that there is a lagoon right behind the pool where an alligator likes to sun himself. I always made sure there was someone with me if I swam, so that they could warn me if the alligator decided to come closer! This was a comfortable home. I would suggest that they upgrade the bed linens in the master bedroom.

Very very spacious house, great condition, lots of outdoor area to use, beautiful setting. Management company top notch, went over and above. Only down side is not close to beach, “long” bike ride or shuttle. Highly recommend this house.

One of our best vacations as a family! House was beautiful, very clean, and excellent location. We absolutely loved the pool, view of the golf course, easy access to the bike paths, and of course watching the gators! Will definitely be back and cannot wait to book this house again.

Great trip, great house!

This house is great. Lots of space to spread out and relax. We had a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-10) and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything needed to cook meals at home. No pantry items available. You would need to bring all of your own. The pool is fantastic and such a great place to hang out after the beach. The location of the property is awesome. Close to the trails for waking, running and biking. We are already planning another trip back!

Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baynard Oaks. The house was very clean and comfortable. My daughter had to work part of the week. The internet worked well for her online meetings and the desk in the one bedroom was a great place for her to work. It was very relaxing sitting around the pool and watching the golfers and the wildlife around the pond. It was nice to have the 4 bicycles included with the rental also. We love Sea Pines! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

We stayed at Baynard Oaks for two weeks in March and had a great time. The house is exactly as described and well equipped and comfortable. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues while we were there and the management company (The Vacation Company) was quick to respond and they were very good to work with. We really enjoyed the outdoor space around the pool and there was a newish Weber grill with extra propane as well. Overall, Baynard Oaks is an excellent property in a great location with a great management company. We highly recommend.

Great location on 15th green at Harbour Town. Close to other places. House had a great layout and worked well for our family. Two issues: king and queen mattresses need to be replaced. Shower head in queen bedroom bath needs to be fixed. Also could not get tv to work in queen bedroom. But everything else was great.

Great house, great location!

This property was fantastic for us. Very clean and well-managed. We came during a cold, rainy week in February when we just had to get away from the Northeast. The house was great, quick bike ride to Harbourtown and the Racquet Club, nice ride to South Beach. The house had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to rent here again.

Beautiful House in Sea Pines

Beautiful, clean, very well decorated house with picturesque view of the 15th hole of Harbor Town Golf Course. Spacious floor plan with plenty of room for four adults and two children. Beautiful outdoor space with pool/patio and two decks. Came with four well maintained adult bikes. Convenient location and wonderful management company. Loved our stay at this house. Looking forward to returning next year!

We absolutely loved the house. Great location with immediate access to the extensive bike trails. Very clean pool with plenty of sunshine as well as shaded areas. Everything was in good working order and very comfortable.

Nice house, but old and needs TLC

The bones of the house are great with beautiful views and nice pool. The house itself needs some improvements, as everything from washer & dryer, AC, furniture, showers, and fixtures is dated. We couldn’t use half bath toilet, as it needs a plumber. We adore SeaPines.
