***PLEASE NOTE that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.

Nice Condo with nice amenities

Relatively new, nicely furnished with a nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Recommend you note it is a second floor walk-up which can be difficult for older folks.
