Welcome to the home fit for making Hilton Head vacation dreams come true! 20 Columbine Lane is a bright and beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in the Greenwood Forest community in Sea Pines Resort that can comfortably accommodate your group of 14. Community pool and tennis court included!

The heart of the home is in the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor living spaces. Take in the lush, wooded views from the expansive deck as you relax with your morning cup of joe. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for putting together a picnic basket for the beach or a delicious meal to serve at the dining table. The spacious open plan is fitted with welcoming furnishings that make it so easy to curl up with a good book or host a family movie or game night.

Also, on the main floor are two of the bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom and the second is the expansive kid's room with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a full-size sleeper sofa, plenty of space to run around in and an oversized flat screen tv for movies or gaming. These bedrooms share a bathroom located just outside the queen bedroom entrance. On the second level you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. These are the primary king suite with en suite bathroom and the 1 king bed suite with twin day bed and trundle and its own en suite bathroom.

Gather everyone around the dining table to plan your island adventures. Will it be a round of golf, a stroll to the Shops at Sea Pines or South Beach, fun at the beach, maybe biking the many scenic trails? Be sure to take time for stargazing at the beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean lazily lapping against the sand will relax you, while the stars cast glimmering diamonds on the water to delight you. Catch the Trolley to view the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse or while riding your bike, stop at the Sea Pines Beach Club for a drink at the oceanfront bar or have lunch on the expansive deck while listening to live music.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Great setting for our family, beautiful neighborhood, well-stocked kitchen (pots/pans, plates, knives, etc.). First visit to South Carolina, and we were here for a family wedding and golf. The house was a big hit.

Property was spacious, well stocked with kitchen tools, appliances, dishes, etc. Deck was spacious and large umbrella was a nice feature. Location was ideal, end of a cul-de-sac, lot was covered with large live oaks, draped in Spanish moss, easy 5 minute bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club or Harbour Towne.

Our Stay at 20 Columbine

Other than a little noisy construction two houses down, mostly quiet and very enjoyable. The only thing we felt that was a little misleading
 was there was no closet space to hang clothes in one of the main floor bedrooms where I was housing my two daughters. As you can imagine for 2 women not having for 2 weeks anywhere to hang their clothes, presented a big problem - as we were down for a wedding with formal wear garments. We had to at our expense buy a a sizable rack through Amazon and have it delivered. Not cool at all, perhaps something that should’ve been mentioned or something you can fix for future renters.

RBC Heritage 2024

Great location for our group to stay and walk into the tournament every day. The layout of the house provided good space for our group. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator and extra parking space. The beds were so comfortable! Thanks!

A new favorite


We loved the size and configuration, the quiet location and the casual decor of the house. We enjoyed being able to bike everywhere in Sea Pines - the S P Beach Club, Salty Dog and South Beach, and Harbor Town. We would definitely book this property again and recommend to others. The Host-to-Coast Mgmt team had it very clean and well equipped for check-in. Minor suggestion: clean carpet on stairs, and dining room chairs, and power-wash deck and outdoor furniture.

Great house, lots of space

We definitely enjoyed our stay at 20 Columbine. The house was very clean, mostly comfortable (we can be picky about beds and pillows!), and well-stocked. The location is great for getting around Sea Pines. We understand bikes are easily rented, but that's one amenity that would be nice to have in the future, readily-available bikes.

January in Hilton Head

January is our favorite time of the year in Hilton head. While it’s not “lay on the beach” hot, it is much warmer than it is at home. But the best part is it’s not crowded and you can get into any restaurant with very short or no notice. This year was even better because of the house we rented at 20 Columbine Ln. in Sea Pines. The house had a very unique multilevel design that we enjoyed. It was large and airy. The many large windows seem to bring the outside indoors. The way the house was sited on the lot and the shape of the lot gave more privacy than would’ve been expected. We enjoyed sitting by the creek watching the birds and turtles in the afternoon. It was an altogether wonderful vacation.

Comfortable and Convenient Sea Pines Home

I’ve stayed in many Sea Pine homes over the years and 20 Columbine is among the nicest and I would certainly enjoy an opportunity to return. It is a great mid-neighborhood location to enjoy all Sea Pines has to offer by bicycle. The home is freshly decorated and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. The rental management is friendly and easy to work with too.
