Beautiful Lands End Townhome with Spectacular Water Views & Close to Beach

Welcome to 23 Lands End Road – a stunning three bedroom townhome located on the tip of the Island with breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. This three bedroom, three bathroom property can sleep up to eight. You will fall in love with this newly remodeled townhome and the complex!

Lands End is located near the South Beach Marina in Sea Pines and boasts some of the best sunsets on the Island plus a scenic boardwalk along the water. Walk over to the South Beach Marina and famous Salty Dog Cafe within minutes. Enjoy all of the shops and restaurants it has to offer!

This townhome is also outfitted with wireless internet. The complex pool is conveniently located steps away from the front door!

1st Floor:

As you enter the condo, you will instantly be in awe. The living room is located on the first floor and a nice spot to gather! It features a flat screen television plus a pull out sleeper sofa.

The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located just off the living room – a nice, open concept feel. Great for having conversations with your group while you whip up a delicious meal! The updated kitchen has bar top seating for two plus the dining room table can seat up to six.

The screened in porch has a seating area and views of the Calibogue Sound. Just off this porch is a waterfront sundeck with drop dead gorgeous sunsets. There is a gas grill located on the sundeck available for your use as well. You have direct access to the waterfront scenic boardwalk that winds throughout the Lands End complex directly from the sundeck at 23 Lands End.

The first bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen television is located at the front of the property on the first floor. It has a private bathroom with an updated walk-in shower.

2nd Floor:

At the top of the stairs you have bedroom two which also has a king bed. This bedroom has views of the water and a flat screen television. The private bathroom has his and her sinks plus an updated walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is just down the hall and has two twin beds and a flat screen television. The private bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Awesome Location; Needs Maintenance

The home location cannot be beat! And the layout is perfect. But there were unexpected issues that lowered our rating. Light bulbs were burned out; batteries in remotes had gotten corroded (no spares found so I purchased new ones and cleaned the remotes); the kitchen was not well stocked; A/C vents were forced closed and could not be opened; there were no instructions for operating the TVs; and the lis goes on. Nice place for sure but it needs better care and attention.

Great Rental

I have been to South Carolina (Charleston specifically) many times, but this was my first visit to Hilton Head. Also, my 86-year old mom was with me as well--she was born in South Carolina and spent her younger years there, and she had never been to Hilton Head either, so the trip was a treat for us both. The house was very comfortably furnished. There is a bedroom on the main level, which was great so that my mom did not have to climb the stairs to get to her bedroom. The house overlooked an inlet, and the views were amazing. Stunning sunsets--you could see dolphins, osprey, pelicans and other awesome wildlife. The house was also within walking distance of the Salty Dog Restaurant; the Lands End complex has boardwalks that lead from the homes to the beach, so it gives the area a very cozy feeling--I liked it a lot. It also has a private community pool. The floors in the house were not cleaned well when we arrived--there was lots of dog hair from the previous guests. I contacted the property manager and they addressed the issue immediately. I was super pleased with their response. Overall, this was a great visit--I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

We were very happy with this house. It was super clean and loved how quiet it was. We were not expecting it to be in a duplex type house but it was still a great place. The dolphins and deer were everywhere and we loved how the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Only negative we can think of is that the deck and walk-way need to be replaced.

Sunset at 23 Lands End

This home was excellent in every way! The cleanliness was above reproach!! I want them to clean my house!! Details, details—just when I knew they would have a cooking item I needed, we would find it. There were two coffee machines which took care of the one a day coffee drinker or the coffee break stay at home workers. The furniture was a cheerful beach selection which allowed all of us a view. I loved the swivel chairs to face the sofa or swivel to the beach view. All three bathrooms were very up to date and very clean. The spacing of the bedrooms was excellent. The sunset view was perfect with a glass of wine. We could not have asked for anything more. Our rating would be EXCELLENT!!!

Great views and wildlife

The sun rises and set are beautiful. You see dolphins and all kinds of birds everyday. The host is great. Fast responses to any query. The house is not luxurious but clean, very comfortable. Good internet and TV in every room. Nice to grill on the back deck or just sit there and watch the water.

The perfect place

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The property we had been renting in Sunset Beach NC, came off the market when the owners retired and moved in. The rest of the beach was booked so we thought we would try HH. We were pleasantly surprised by just how nice this property was. It was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of wildlife to watch including Dolphins, Deer and Armadillos. Sea Pines was beautiful and the best place on the entire Island is Lands End. If you ever get the chance to experience it for yourself please visit.

Beautiful view in Land's End

Absolutely loved this property! The view was great, and so easy to get to beach. We enjoyed walking to South Beach to play PickleBall. This trip was a nice opportunity for us to come down and "socially distance" and visit old friends from Sea Pines. The property was great for my 3 pups as well, as the neighborhood was so quiet and easy to walk. The unit could benefit from a bit of updating and cleaning. The baseboards were pretty dusty, and there was mold around faucets and in showers. Something like Grout Doctor could easily remedy this. Otherwise, it was a wonderful property and we so appreciated and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

House does not provide beach towels

Nice site and decore. However, the house needs structural maintenance. Very poor electrical outlets, several don't work. Rotten wood on boardwalk, and front porch needs work. Upstairs roof vent is loose and disturbs sleep..that was very annoying.

Great beach house getaway and highly professional property manager!

This property is near perfect. Recently renovated and featuring newish furnishings, the house is about 50 yards from the beach and offers a deck and screened porch that are relatively private even though the home stands alongside others in Lands' End. It worked beautifully for our group of two couples and two dogs. Coastal Villa, the property manager, was incredibly responsive to our needs - even providing a no-additional-cost pass to the nearby marina pool when they learned the community pool would remain closed due to COVID. It is details like these that make all the difference. The check in and check out process is seamless and Coastal even texted us early to let us know the house was available for check in two hours prior to the posted 4pm check in. We would definitely return and would certainly rent from Coastal again given their high level of service and solid communication.

A Hidden Gem

We stayed during April, 2020. The home is clean, completely renovated, and has amazing sunset views. Added bonus that there's a private beach for the community. The rental agency was easy to deal with and available at all times. We definitely plan to return.

Nicely renovated Land's End house on the sound

We have stayed in Land's end for years. This is one of the nicest decorated units we have stayed in. Upon arrival, we noticed the floors were quite sandy. Seems like the housekeepers may have not done it, or didn't use the correct cleaning tool. So we swept them. The house was minimally stocked with supplies...definitely need more bar soap and toilet paper. Hair dryers would also be helpful. The sliding door to the porch is hard to slide. Could use some WD40. The thing we missed the most were no beach chairs. That is a must for a house on the beach. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the cookware... The sofa backing the porch is a sleeper sofa. We didn't use it but it is super uncomfortable...There is plywood under the cushions and it sinks if you sit at the end of it... Overall it was a great stay...

Beautiful View!!

House is perfect. The management group, Coastal home & villa provided excellent service . Helped us through every step. They were the best I have ever dealt with. Quiet small neighborhood. Home was very clean. Updated bedding , floors, blinds, & bathrooms. Towels were the best I have experienced in rental. Easy access to the private beach. Dolphins everywhere. Small piece of heaven.
