Comfortable and stylish END UNIT on the 10TH FAIRWAY in Palmetto Dunes

Our condo is the perfect getaway from life's normal routine. Here, you are conveniently located within minutes of everything you came to Hilton Head to enjoy. The beach, golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, shopping, dining and so much more are right outside the door
...or just stay in and relax, it's perfect for that too!
This bright and spacious air conditioned condominium features 2 bedrooms, a loft (overlooking the family room) and a pull out sofa. The living room has ample space for lounging with a sofa, loveseat and two occasional chairs. Prop your feet on the ottoman to watch your favorite shows on our flat screen smart tv(no cable but local antennae, Roku tv, and streaming apps) . Prepare a meal with our gas grill on our private deck overlooking the 10th fairway of George Fazio golf course or pour yourself a cocktail from our bar stocked with barware for your use. The fully equipped kitchen offers a separate dining area with seating for 8. Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer round out this comfortable end unit condominium.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, desk and flat screen smart tv. Additionally, the loft has two full beds and the living room couch is a sleeper sofa. Bed and bath linens are provided as well as starter sets of bath and kitchen cleaning necessities. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker (drip), Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, etc.
The pool, which is open seasonally, is only a few minutes away and the beach is about 10 minutes on foot. We chose the condo because of its proximity to everything in Palmetto Dunes. Come stay, we think you'll love it as much as we do! ***Please note that additional parking fees will be assessed for stays over 7 days.

Everything as advertised. Perfectly roomy for a small family, I’d say up to 6.(we were 3). Lots of windows! Bright and airy. Tucked into a quiet corner alongside the fairway. Super clean. Owners are always available, although we really didn’t need anything. Good location, close to the beach. Afternoon shade on the patio. Right on the golf course, but shielded from the golfers a bit by the bushes and trees. Tons of birds singing all day long. Loved it!

This was absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in though VRBO! Check in was a breeze. The place was exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our spring break getaway to the beach. It was also tastefully decorated and felt very cozy and comfortable. The beds were amazing. We all slept so well. One thing I cannot say enough about is the amount of towels provided and hooks in the unit for hanging up things like clothes, jackets, swimming suits, beach towels, bath towels etc. I feel like those things are so overlooked at other places we’ve stayed. But not here! Jenny and Heather definitely know what they’re doing. Great hosts. Communication was excellent. They checked in with us to see if everything was going well. And whenever I had a question they usually responded within the hour. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay!

Our host was excellent! Wonderful communication! The unit is exactly as described! Beautiful views from the deck of the golf course. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and on the deck. We ate dinner at Alexander’s in Palmetto Dunes which we thoroughly enjoyed. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning in the future!!!

We never wanted to leave the Stay Awhile!

We had a wonderful week in Hilton Head and this property was perfect for our group of four! It was super clean and had a nice amount of start up supplies to get us going. The condo was bright and roomy and in a great location-we loved staying in the Palmetto Dunes resort! We had a really nice view of the golf course from our deck and it was fun to sit out and watch the golfers. We liked having the option to make the super short drive to the beach (where there was a snack bar and bathrooms) or making the easy10 minute walk. There are restaurants on the property and we were only a short 10-15 minute drive from so many other restaurants on the island. The property owners were so easy to work with, quick to answer questions, and provided a wonderful list of recommended restaurants and activities on the island. I would definitely recommend this lovely property and hope to stay here again!

Great property and hosts!

We had a great stay at this property. This was our 3rd time on HHI and our first time in Palmetto Dunes. The unit had an amazing, quiet location overlooking one of the golf courses. We enjoyed having dinners out on the deck with the beautiful foliage surrounding the property. The beach access was a straightforward walk away (around 10 mins) and there was always parking available infront of the Disney beach house if you drive. The unit had 4 lovely beach chairs, an umbrella, and some boogie boards. The neighbourhood pool was really nice as well. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in HH with all the amenities and a great location. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Family time!

We had a great stay in Turnberry - perfect size for our family and great location. We were able to bike to beach, kayak, shop and site see all on the island. We had our extended famlies staying in Turnberry and Inverness so worked out perfectly with pool, pavillion and tennis courts. Thanks for a great stay! Your condo was clean and comfy!
