Step outside to an outdoor seating area for fresh-air lounging. Youâll also have in-home laundry, and access to community amenities including a pool and tennis courts. With beach access within Sea Pines and Harbour Town just a short drive away, this is a great home base for relaxing or exploring the island.

Important Things to Note
âą Third-floor condo; there is no elevator, so stairs are required.
âą Community amenities: Pool and tennis courts are available to guests.
âą Parking for up to 2 vehicles in designated lot spaces only. No parking on pine straw or in the street.
âą Extra cars may be parked in Lot 1 (near the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security.
âą A Sea Pines Gate Entry Pass is required: $30 per vehicle per week, cash only, purchased at the front gate upon arrival. The pass must be displayed on your dashboard for the duration of your stay.
âą Pets: Weâre happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $150 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.
âą Washer and dryer are located in the home.
âą WiFi is provided.
âą Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

Getting Around:
About a 5-minute drive to Harbour Town (79 Lighthouse Road) for the Harbour Town Lighthouse, Harbour Town Golf Links, and shops/dining.
VERY nice condo. Well taken care of and a pleasant place to spend a week on the island. Well appointed for a comfortable stay. Bonus seating area at the top of the stairs to spend more time outdoors. Hope to go back.
The condo was comfortable for our stay. I do think the cleanliness could improve. The hallway rug was gross. It was stained and should be thrown away and replaced. The exterior windows were dirty. The queen bedroom windows were so dirty you could barely see out of them. I have rented so many places on HHI and this is the first time I didnât receive a text that said the house was ready before the check in time. Other rental companies have sent a text as early as 3 hrs before check in time. We had to sit on the porch until precisely 4pm for the lock to turn on. While I understand, that is frustrating when the condo is clean and ready for guest. I think that will sway my rental company decisions in the future. As far as location and accessibility of the condo, it was good for our group.
This condo was exactly what we needed it to be, it worked well for my husband and I and our toddler. I will say that being pet friendly, we did see that the bed comforters had pet hair from previous stays, but this didnât bother us too much being a dog owner ourselves. It was the third story of the building (stairs only), just something to be mindful of when booking. Most basic amenities were included, but if youâre planning a beach day, make sure you bring your own beach supplies including towels, chairs, etc as they were not provided.
Nice location, but the â79â for the address should be visible when seeing the sign for the condos on the words of the condos. The number is facing the road rather than facing the direction the driver is driving. Also, I asked several times on the website for the combination to the tennis courts and never received directions for entering them.
Property was in a great location, clean and perfect size for a family. The area of Sea Pines where the property is was not very well lit at night, so dog walking after dusk was interesting. Not sure if all areas are like this. I also missed in the property description that it was on the third floor. That being said, I would stay here again.
