Nestled within the serene beauty of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, our exquisite poolside villa offers the ultimate coastal retreat. Just steps away from the sandy shores and the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean, our villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and relaxation. Enjoy the ocean view from our balcony or explore the island with so much to do within just a short walk or a quick bike ride away. Our bikes are free for you to enjoy during your stay!
Our villa is part of the SeaSide Villas complex on South Forest Beach Drive. This is a top floor unit, so there will not be anyone above you stomping around :-)
Access to SeaSide Villas is restricted to guests and owners only. Parking is free and you will enter/exit the property with a gate code provided prior to your arrival. Parking is for guests and owners only.
We have our own beach access walkway and a sun deck just for the Sea Side guests to enjoy. Guests from other complexes will have walking access via sidewalk in between buildings 1 and 2.
Among the other amenities, there is covered parking, an elevator, and a charcoal grilling area. A pool is just outside the front door to cool down after a long day in the salt water or hitting golf balls on one of the nation's best courses.
Best of all, this is a family friendly, gated condominium community with secure access.
Our ocean villa is ideal for a couple's vacation, but if you want to bring the kids, our sofa is a queen size sleeper in the living room with a giant 50" TV in front of it.
Free, super fast WiFi internet access through Charter Spectrum. Premium Cable and streaming app TV on LCD flat screens, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, ESPN, etc. streaming is all available. NOTE - (BYO Passwords).
Once you make a reservation, a link to our guest guidebook will be made available to you. For your best experience, it is highly recommended that you get familiar with the guide prior to your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steven's property. It's clean and comfortable, exactly like his photos. The WiFi was strong,the TV is large and worked great with our passwords,and the central air was silent and efficient. That was a wonderful treat!A short walk across the parking lot and you're on the beach. It's very flat, perfect for riding bikes, walking, or relaxing in a beach chair. The condo's location is a ten minute walk from Coligny Plaza with lots of shops and restaurants. Steven is great to work with. His responses were prompt and informative. He has created an awesome guide with tips, suggestions,and help with some common questions.

Relaxing retreat

This property was one if tbe best we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail made all the difference. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, bed was comfortable, the wireless charging stations were a plus, there were even beach towels. The only glitch was error on our part, we couldnt find the elevator!
