This 1st floor beautifully remodeled 2 bed/ 2 bath Evian villa in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island is the perfect retreat for you and your family!! We take pride in our beach house and are continually updating our wonderful HHI Villa!

This Evian villa in Shipyard is a 2 minute walk to the tennis courts and communal pool for all guests to enjoy! There is lush landscaping throughout the complex - a perfect opportunity for an after dinner stroll! There are multiple lagoons and sitting areas in the complex also. The beach is about a 12 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. We provide a BEACH TAG for parking at Beach Club, 5 beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.

Evian is in Shipyard which is ideally located; convenient to Coligny shops and the many island restaurants. The impeccably maintained landscape, numerous lagoons and ponds provide home to a wide variety of native wildlife, miles of biking and walking paths at your doorstep along with a multitude of outdoor activities include golf galore, fishing, kayaking , bird watching, park and nature trails, festivals, theaters and music all await you. If you have time, step off the island and discover the lowcounty - Daufuskie, Bluffton and historic Savannah are all within 40 minute drive.

This is a wonderful property! It's very clean, spacious, and came with everything we needed for our stay. The owner was great to work with and sent us plenty of information ahead of time to help us familiarize ourselves with the property and Hilton Head. We loved that it had beach chairs and a boogie board that we could use when we went to the beach. We will definitely try to stay here again if we ever come back to Hilton Head.

Beautiful and peaceful

My sister, two cousins, and I had a fantastic time in Hilton Head, SC. The villa was everything that was advertised. It was clean and all appliances were available and working. When I contacted the owner asking if two of our other cousins could come to the villa and spend a few hours with us, the owner called the front gate, and our cousins arrived. We were ecstatic! My sister and I had not seen our cousins in decades, and one cousin we had never met. So this trip was very special. The only issue we had was finding the villa. The 70 Shipyard is like a maze. Even with Apple maps, we kept getting turned around and had difficulty finding the villa even after a couple of days of being there, coming and going.

Spring Break

We rented this condo for our spring break. It was a great stay! We have stayed at Shipyard in the past. We continue to stay here because of the great trails, good vibe, pools, close proximity to shopping and the beach! We also enjoy the quiet relaxed atmosphere and privacy the shipyard provides. This condo was spacious and clean. TV’s in every bedroom and living area, is a must! Beds were super comfortable! You do have to drive to the beach but they provide beach parking. During our spring stay we never parked far. Just only a few minutes walk to the beach from the parking lot.

The property is greatly appointed and organized. A lot of thought went into setting it up for a great vacation. We golfed at the local courses all week. Owner was just a text away. Finally a property with comfortable furniture and a my favorite a recliner.

Great HHI stay

Property was exactly how it was described! It was perfect for our family of 3. Beds were so comfy and the whole property is quiet and peaceful. Villa has all of the necessities that you could need while you are there. Easy bike ride to the beach. Had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

A Lovey Place to Stay

We were attending our niece’s wedding and all the hotels were just too expensive. This option was less money and we had a 2 bedroom villa! The villa was as advertised, well stocked, quiet and clean. We used the pool and had access to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely come back!

Perfect condo

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay this week! The condo was perfect for our family of five (5,2, and newborn). Great setup for the two oldest to share a room and a big closet in the master for the newborn/pack n play. The condo is one story and the master and second room are close by making it a great set up for those with younger kids that may need parents in the middle of the night. The condo is walking distance to the pool and tennis courts which we used and loved. The beach is a short drive away but with the parking beach pass and shuttle golf carts, we never had trouble with getting on the beach even with all of our stuff. It was a comfortable and easy stay thanks to where we stayed, we will be back for sure!

4th of July Visit

This place was a great place to visit for the 4th of July long weekend. We had everything we needed. Place is exactly as the pictures show. Great view of the golf course. Easy walk to the pool area. The owners were very helpful as we left an item behind and they went out of their way to get it sent back to us. It was greatly appreciated.
