This beautifully decorated OCEAN VIEW condo is an easy 1-minute walk to the beach and is especially great for couples and small families! #233 offers you many new amenities for your comfort, so plan to relax in our lovely, freshly painted, and extremely clean 518 sq. foot one-bedroom, one-bath villa within an oceanfront, gated, and secure complex. Also, for your convenience, there is an elevator, a laundry facility on each floor, and a fantastic pool area! A boardwalk to the beach has a private outdoor shower area to rinse all the sand back off! Sea Side Villas has a beautiful sun deck with loungers and a nice BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Covered parking under the building is also available at Seaside Villas 1. You will have access to 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, four beach chairs, and a beach sun shade while you vacation with us. This unit has cable TV and high-speed internet. It is close to everything on South Forest Beach and the popular Coligny Plaza area. It is within walking distance of Celebration Park! You will be happy you booked our little vacation spot on the incredible, sandy shores of Hilton Head Island!

We felt so lucky to have a room with a view of the ocean and quick/easy access to the beach. While the accommodations were compact (I wouldn't recommend more than 3 people staying here - two was ideal!) everything was efficient, with thoughtful attention to detail! Easy access to the bikes (which we loved!) and even laundry facilities. Information from the owners was thorough, timely and they responded readily to any questions or feedback. We would love to return :)

Was on HHI for two nights for a high school graduation. Unit was just as advertised and was in a perfect location on the island and in the complex. Everything we needed was in the unit with the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a rental! We will book again most certainly.

Awesome experience

This unit was perfect for an anniversary trip for my husband and I. Usually we travel with our children and/or grandchildren and would lneed a larger unit, but this was great for the two of us!! Location was great. Check in and check out was so easy. Communication with the host was great. The unit was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend the host and the unit.

Perfect beach condo for the two of us.

The room was very cozy, quiet and extremely clean. It was the perfect size for the wife and I. Patio faces west so we were able to sit on the balcony in the morning and in the evening with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was really comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. The pool is really nice and was partially shaded for a good part of the day. Very short walk to the beach. Location is ideal, it is off the beaten path but walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shopping. This was our 2nd time staying at Seaside Villas and we really enjoyed it.

This is a "Goldilocks" property - Just Right! We found that placing the portable fan in the hall by the bathroom door helped push the cooler air back to the bedroom perfectly. Great and convenient location. The beach was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Seaside 233 and the kids said that this was their favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head! It’s close to the beach and our favorite shops! We also loved having a kitchen, beach chairs, cart and bikes! The hosts are excellent at communicating and even provided a handy welcome/guidebook. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Mixing work and friends

A friend and I stayed in Erin & Nick's condo for a kid-free retreat where we both worked remotely and enjoyed being away. The condo had everything we needed, including easy access to beach, pool, and many restaurants. I don't think the listing adequately showed the beautiful view from the balcony, which was very enjoyable.

Property is well maintained and has everything needed. Enjoyed having the bikes, beach chairs, Keurig coffee, and even a cooler! Being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean was a bonus. A wonderful stay

We squeezed 5 of us in this condo for a weekend so that we could stay on the beach. Absolutely worth it! We loved all the amenities that Erin and Nick include. We were so thankful for the beach tent, chairs, and the beach wagon! My favorite part was having 2 bikes to use! Erin was so responsive when ee has any questions about the property. We would definitely recommend.

Great short beach weekend location!

The condo was quiet, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Access to bikes was a great perk! Parking was always available. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our special requests. I look forward to staying here again.

Disappointed. Cleaners need to spend more time cleaning & less time folding towels to look fancy. Code is wrong for bike lock. Bummer! TV in bedroom won't turn on. No code needed for beach gate...the gate is gone! Anyone can enter property. No ice- just empty ice cube trays. Has not been deep cleaned in a long time. Appliances outdated- poor ole fridge runs constantly. Hopefully the Owners will visit in-person soon to inspect. But- the view from the balcony is nice!
