What a wonderful luxury five bedroom beach home, gorgeous hard wood floors, three master suites and a private pool for you to rent for your family vacation in Hilton Head Island. Free pool heat!! When you enter the home you immediately are impressed with the quality of the home, high ceilings, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and massive living room. The box ceilings and high end appliances in the kitchen offer space and luxury at the same time. Stainless steel appliances adorn the kitchen which includes the large and small appliances that make preparing the meal for the entire family easy. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 11 Corine is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

There is a beautiful master bedroom off the main floor with access to a full en suite bath, double vanity sink and tile shower. The second master suite is on the second floor, which includes an en suite master bath, walk in tile shower and double vanity sink granite counters. The third master suite is on the second floor again with en suite bath, double vanity granite counters and walk in tile shower. The third floor guest bedroom has two queen beds and the kids bunk bedroom with access to a full bath. The bunk beds have two doubles on the bottom and two twins on the top. The family room is on the third floor with foosball table, large screen TV and golf video game. There is a roof top deck with a view of the ocean in the distance, go up and watch the full moon and sunsets.

The private covered pool is on the ground with an open patio to get sun and a great tan!! There is a shuttle in the season to take guests to the beach. You can park four cars, two in the garage and two in the driveway. Please do not park in the grass or road.

We manage two homes in Singleton Beach with a total of 11 bedrooms on the same street. Contact us for a great wedding, golf outing or family reunion.

Singleton Beach area has wonderful white sandy beaches just minutes away from the home. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach or a short 5 minute bike ride. Singleton Beach is mid island and close to the Kroger grocery, Shelter Cove shops and restaurants. Shopping and dining is only minutes away, enjoy Poseidon Seafood Restaurant and Raw bar, Way Back Burgers or the best pizza at Giuseppe's Pizza and Pasta. Singleton Beach area is close to the Town Park with basketball courts and free tennis courts. Northridge Movie theatre is only minutes away or enjoy Okko sushi and hibachi. What a great location on the island.

Hilton Head Island offers 30 championship golf courses, over 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 117 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches. The beaches are easy to walk or bike on, a rarity on the east coast. You can go golfing, shopping, dining, deep sea fishing, biking, para sailing, jet skiing or just relax on the beach and get a tan.
