After booking with Expedia we were handed off to VTrip. VTrip contacted us after booking a room. We were told the HVAC unit wasn't working and to select a different room from the (2) they sent us. We selected a from the picture and we were also told the room was an upgrade. Once my wife and I walked in the room we were met with an overwhelming smell of mold. The ceiling was stained, the wallpaper was pealing off the walls, the floor was disgusting, and the pillows were stained brown. We contacted VTriip and was told someone will be responding to see the room. My wife and I waited outside on the deck (of course) for about and hour. After an hour we contacted VTrip again and asked when the person will be at our location. The male on the phone stated "know one is coming and that he don't even see any complaints in the notes". My wife and I argued for another hour with VTrip and of course got no ware. At this point my wife and I grabbed our bags and left. We were forced to go to another hotel that costed us an additional $150.00. The next day I contacted the manager because there wasn't one around during the above incident. (7pm and we left approx. 9pm). She told me she would refund my money however, Expedia will subtract fees and taxes and forward the rest to us. Who ever reads this be careful booking with Expedia they will hand you over to a different company without you knowing until you book. Expedia will then take some of your money for doing nothing.

The particular property we were in has not been updated in decades. Furniture in LR consisted of outdoor lawn furniture and a sagging couch. AC filter was beyond over due. Lighting was horrible.

Room was perfect for 2 people nice couple get away view was worth it , close to just about everything 15 mins away from other places close 20 mins from outlet plenty of restaurants door dash had no issues finding the room close to the beach , room was modern and cozy , sleeping will be your favorite thing to do in that king size bed

Great Vacation at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis!

The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony was so beautiful!

The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.

Great time at the beach

The best place to stay in Hilton head. Right on the beach. Loved being able to use the beach chairs that were provided. We were directed to the wrong building by the office staff at check in, which was a little frustrating but we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future.
