Island Club BEACH GEM Just steps from ocean, amenities galore!

Our 1st floor beach condo is just steps from the ocean and overlooks the tranquil lagoon, across from the pool. This fabulous 2 bedroom has been renovated with marble, granite and beautiful tile floors (which look like hardwood). Island Club is a gated oceanfront community with private beach access, pools, tennis, pickleball, outdoor grilling areas and corn hole stations. Enjoy the fitness center, playgrounds, fire pit and on-site bike rental.

Upon entering this enlarged, first floor 1,300 SF condo, is a lovely, updated kitchen with a new dining table, marble counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a washer/dryer. The charming living room provides plenty of seating and offers a beautiful view of the lagoon and a 55-inch, smart TV. Sliding doors open onto your extended 30 foot covered, private patio where you can enjoy the sunrise with your coffee, an evening cocktail, and be sure to check out the ducks, turtles and other wildlife. Fish in the 13 acres catch and release lagoon, just perfect for kids.

The master bedroom suite, with a king bed, is bright and airy - with a sliding door that opens onto the private patio. It has a large walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom that has a beautifully updated vanity, granite tops and fixtures. The second bedroom has both a queen bed and twin, with an updated guest bath.

104 Island Club is a vacation villa you will want to return to year after year. It has everything a beach vacation rental should offer, and so much more. The location is great for most everything on the Island, including shopping, dining, bike trails, marinas and golf.

What is provided:
All linens are provided (bath towels/bed linens). Please bring your favorite beach towels. A starter set of soaps and paper products are here for your convenience.

The well stocked kitchen includes many amenities for those who love to eat in.

From check-in to check-out, everything was super easy. We were so pleased with the location which was about a five minute walk to pool or beach and situated close to most of the things on the island we wanted to do. One thing I think didn’t come across from the photos is this is actually a really nice sized unit with enough space for our multigenerational group to not feel crowded and to carve out time away from the rest of the crew. The unit was very well appointed with the best kitchen supplies I’ve ever seen in a VRBO, as well as starter supplies and linens I would actually use in my own home. The attention to making this feel like a true home away from home is apparent and made for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing!!!

Our stay was absolutely flawless! Debbie was an absolute gem and this condo is clean and very nice and up to date! Communication was great during the entire process. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood is great, short walk over to beach but away from any noise. We played pickleball at the courts which were well maintained, enjoyed the pool, and the view from back porch was amazing! We will definitely be back!

This is a great spot! Debbie is really responsive and helpful with information about the area and great spots to eat. First time in HH!

We had a WONDERFUL week spent in Hilton Head! Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was very clean and organized. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in! It helped having the vacation planner booklets on the coffee table. We were able to find some good restaurants and shopping areas with it being our first time on the island. It definitely was a hard departure for us, but I assure you that we will be back! Thank you again for everything!

Beautifully kept condo a few minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful location with pools, games, pickleball courts, bbq areas and scenic. Host is very helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong.

Spring get away

This was our third time to Hilton head and we had an excellent time. The condo was perfect, had everything that we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool and my children really enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks everyday. We will definitely be back!

Great place for a family getaway

We really enjoyed this property for our Christmas vacation. Great location, close to the beach, shopping, and attractions. The property has a lot of tennis options, basketball, pickleball, playground and patio area on the beach. The condo was clean, spacious, and updated with every amenity needed to enjoy your time there. The property owner was incredibly responsive and gracious. We loved our visit!
